Food is awesome! First time eating here. Ash and Natalie offer a good calm welcoming atmosphere for dining.. plenty of choices. Ash the GM, prepared my burrito from the large selection of all kinds of good add ons. Name it and here you'll find it.. They'll fix it the way you like it..They've got good napkins for the FACE! You can hide IT to WIPE it...... OF COURSE THIS IS YOUR CHOICE TOO!!!

Probably the slowest experience I’ve had at an assembly style restaurant. Nobody moved with a sense of urgency. Each item took probably 2-4 minutes. When you have 10 people in line, that’s around 30 minutes to get food. The online orders seemed to be really long as people were saying they were waiting in store for 30 minutes. There wasn’t ice in the fountain dispenser, trash cans were full and near overflowing, floors had trash in multiple areas. The employees looked lost.

I always try something different. I really like the sauce options from creamy jalapeno to habanero and the hot tomatillo or mild tomatillo always gives the spice I want. To add extra crunch I like diced jalapenos. The chips are perfect flavor and crunch and queso is my weakness.

I don't get much time for lunch so I find the place that has the healthiest food the quickest. Freebirds in Rockwall dirs that for me. It typically takes me 2min from entering the building to leaving. The staff have made this possible and I am greatly appreciative.

Not as good as Chiloso or Chipotle and a bit more expensive. Didn't feel like an appealing place to sit down and eat but the food overall was good. There is better, (for cheaper) however.

We went in last night, hoping to enjoy a great Friday night dinner in honor of the first week of school. We went at 6:45 pm. The meat was old, dried out. There was no iced tea. It took 15-20 minutes for food, even though there were only 2 other customers. The guacamole was bitter. Several of our family felt sick afterwards. Our total bill was $85, which is a big deal to our family. We were so disappointed and hope that others have better experiences.

We stop in periodically. It is always clean place with friendly and fast service. My meal is always well prepared and the way more food than I can eat. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Food is always good and fresh here. They seem to be a little stingy with queso cheese so keep an eye on that if you like more. Grilled smoky meats and fresh veggies. Can grab a beer if you like. Quick quality food and you can even eat your meal outside in covered patio seating. Been going for years now and they are pretty consistent.
