I have been coming to this location for years and have never been made feel like I was lower than another customer until today. I pulled in and was waited 5 min or for someone to come tell me what bay line to pull into and no one paid any attention but an attractive young lady in a Porsche pulls up and a minute later someone walks out to her and then to me. They had me switch bays with someone that had been there longer which I didn’t mind because they had been waiting but then while I was still waiting they took the Porsche in and I still waited another 10 min or so before they finished the car in front of me. When I did get into the bay Michael and Edwin did get my truck taken care of and were very nice. Service: Oil change

Had my oil changed and my dust panel fell to my surprise the manager Dillon arranged to have a tech come to my office which was about 90 miles to fix it !! Thank u so much for great customer service Will definitely keep going back … Services: Tires, Oil change

They didn’t acknowledge me for 30 minutes… I was sitting in my car waiting for them to come talk to me. All I needed was air in my tires but they rather just look at me and not do anything untill I spoke up. Really disappointed I DONT RECOMMEND.

What a first class business! Staff was professional and nice. I had and oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in no time. No upselling. No drama. Just a quick oil change and tire rotation. Great experience!

Had one of the worst experiences I've even had with this place. Normally it's very good. I'm in and out and the service is amazing. Not today. Today I was told it was first come first serve and had to switch lanes with someone. I didn't mind that. What I did mind is that the employees let 4 different vehicles go ahead of me before they said anything about me being next. I will more than likely never return to this location and I won't be recommending anyone to go here either. Service: Oil change

Well, they desperately want to sell air filters. They opened up mine, showed it to me, and said, "You need an air filter." And I said, "Nah. I'm good." Then they put it back. But didn't close the filter box or reattach the air hoses. Drove around for a month like that. So, thanks for that.

Long wait time For inspection when there was only one car when I came and 10 Employees the one greeted me was OK the guy who did my inspection was a jerk They act like they don't want their job. Was trying this place out but next time I remember to go back to speedy sticker
