I got one gallon of tea two days ago and it was bad. Bad as in old tea, left out and never refrigerated and went bad at their store and then sold it to us. Disgusting!!!

Food is warm which is alright. My 4pc tenders are the size of chicken nuggets. How my food looked when I opened it. Pretty disappointed unfortunately, I used to like this location but idk about anymore.

This place is seriously dropped in quality. When they first opened tender Tuesday was $9.99. it went up to $12.99 but which was still a good deal. It's now $20. And on top of that and the worst part of it all is that their chicken tenders are now nothing but chicken nuggets. Almost like popcorn chicken. I stopped there Tuesday and got the tenders and was thoroughly disappointed. Bushes if you're looking my receipt number was 970 from Tuesday the total order was $27.79 for some chicken nuggets and some okra. I won't be going back..

The food is great, which is why I don't understand why they never have gizzards ready to go or have enough. The service is great but they don't write down what the order is, they try to memorize it and we take it for granted that everything is in the bag and it's not. Nobody wants to drive all the way back once your home. I live so close but I have to drive far to go find a Busch's who has gizzards.

This place is either under new management or the evening cook really doesn't care to try. Bush's food is definitely good quality food when prepared properly, but this specific location has dropped its standards. I called 3 different times and let the phone ring 15 minutes each times! I tried to give a second chance due to normally having a good experience, but today was the final straw. My food was cold after waiting 12minutes to receive and no one else was in line when i ordered and eveytime I order the gizzards they're over cooked or taste like they have been sitting there for hours if not days. I would say try this place during lunch only but honestly I don't know anymore. Didn't even want to bother returning to have my order redone. Instead I just stayed hungry until I could get home to make a late dinner. So sad and disappointed in this location.

Went on a Saturday not knowing it would be my last visit. Ordered a tender snack and something just didn't seem right upon biting into the cold order...low and behold, a green piece of chicken...🤢. It looked like the chicken was infected with a nasty disease. It made me want to vomit. Upon returning to the restaurant for a refund, the manager on shift explained that the chicken is "like that sometimes." He said it was not the first time this had happened. Hadn't been back since.

We drove up and we're immediately greeted by the most charming young man. Who answered our questions readily. He brought our food out promptly . He said his name was Nathaniel. I would recommend he either get promoted soon or he should look into waiting tables at upscale restaurants or perhaps sales. I recommend bush's try to keep him. Thanks for the great food and great service.

Decided to try Bush's after reading some good reviews... Overall, kids liked, but not loved the tenders...and I liked, but not loved fried chicken pieces - same level as Church's. POSITIVES: like that they had more variety in sides, kids loved fried okra (who knew) and I got fries, and my boy loved the bread roll. Also liked friendly young man who took my order. BIG NEGATIVES: The manager who walked by the food counter, grabbed a bread roll, and propped himself up against the counter and began eating it like it was nobody's business...I CAN SEE YOU, SIR!!! I started thinking this hand so close to his mouth was probably the same hand that gave me my pepper, grabbed tongs and served others etc. NO BUENO!!!! Also a little turned off at the huge pile of tenders and chicken under the heat lamps...didn't scream FRESH in my mind, but I don't know how long they were there...but I do knowvin the 30 minutes I was eating in dining room I didn't see them make a dent. Even my son turned around, looked at the pile, and said, "So they just get them from there?" About the only positive to this mound of tenders is that they are generous. The 2 piece looked like 4-5 and 4 looked like 8. So there's that. 🤷♂️ Probably won't return with so many other fried chicken choices within a block from this location.

Great tenders; juicy, hot and tender! Gizzards were crispy and hot! Tenders are pretty big! Just wish they came with dipping sauce instead of having to purchase seperately.

Thought of trying this place out since we had a coupon. The food did not meet our expectations, but we are mostly disappointed with how it was packed. They placed 10 pcs. of chicken and 5 pcs of tender rolls (bread) in one box-obviously it didn't fit, but they forcefully stuffed everything there anyway which resulted in deformed bread rolls. Everything we ordered-liver and gizzards, okra, chicken-were all too greasy, as if they were not drained properly. The batter on the deep fried gizzards were hard, we did not enjoy eating them. The sweetness of the sweet tea was so strong that we can barely taste the tea. Overall, not impressed.
