Extremely rude staff, including the manager. Restaurant was empty with no cars in the drive thru except mine. I placed my order and tried to order extra salsa ranch and was told "that comes with"... employee did not give me any salsa ranch. Okay, fine. I tried to flag anyone down just to request the salsa but the kitchen was entirely empty so instead I just parked and went inside to get it from the salsa bar. When I got home I realized that my food was made incorrectly. Since there's an upcharge for cheese I decided to go back to the store to try and get it resolved. Again the store was completely empty, no one in the drive thru, and yet I couldn't find a single employee. So I waited for about 5 min and finally an employee exits the office, looks me directly in the eye, then says nothing, walks past me and goes to sit at a table in the restaurant area. Again, maybe just on her break, but it would've been nice if she could have taken 2 sec to tell anyone I was waiting up front. Another 5min goes past of me waiting to be helped, finally a lady who was in the kitchen walks around and notices me waiting at the registers for assistance... and she continues to sip her drink and finish her conversation with whoever else is in the kitchen before coming over. This lady was apparently the manager, yet no "sorry to keep you waiting" or anything polite, she just says "what do you want". I explain to her the issue with my food, she unwraps all the food and touches it, then walks back onto the kitchen, puts the missing ingredients in a small container, sets it on the food, and walks back into the kitchen and does not return. I've worked in the food service industry before... I tried to be understanding about maybe they're understaffed, maybe they're not on the clock, maybe, maybe, maybe... but I just don't have any way to dismiss how rude ever single person was along with the fact that I was the only person in the restaurant at all. From the very beginning to the end of my interaction I felt completely unwanted, dismissed, and intentionally ignored. I will never, ever go back to this chain again if this standard of behavior is okay for them not just at their lowest levels but among management. And that's honestly a shame because I want to support Texas businesses and I've been a fan of TC since childhood.

The customer service here is awful. The lady at the front who took our order was very rude and the food was not that great either. She had issues with my app, and stated that there’s only one person in the whole place who works here that knows how the rewards system works and somehow they were off today. The food was cold, there was a hair in the rice and beans, the tacos tasted horribly, and our order was wrong. It looked as if the place hadn’t been swept in a week and there was also a roach under the table next to us. Will not return.

I get breakfast tacos everyday at 6am. Lisa always has the store open and ready to go even when I am a bit early. Yummy tacos and super service are a great way to start the day.

First time eating at this restaurant. Ordered steak nachos. The nachos were chewy, not crispy. It had a pile of dry beans. They didn't put the sour cream or guacamole on the order as it was supposed to come with it. I had to feel my way through the mounds of beans to pull out the pieces of steak. Do not recommend this establishment. Save your money and go to a real Mexican restaurant, even if it is just to satisfy a quick craving...not worth it!!!

Never been to this location. Margarita was good. Flautas were soft and the guacamole was brown. I usually make mine but have been moving and was tired and needed a little something to eat til dinner.

Ordered potato egg and cheese tacos on corn. Did not get any cheese, even though I was charged extra for it. The tortillas were the greasiest I have ever seen, and rubbery. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but it’s terrible. Same thing happened about 2 months ago, I thought I’d give them another shot, but I was wrong. Stay away.

Emily was my server at the drive thru and she ROCKED IT!! I was in/out 5 minutes and my food was hot. Watched her make it herself. I will definitely be back just because of her service. Thank you Emily and keep Rockin it girl l!!!!!

Bad customer service, restaurant and patio dirty. Employee handling trash then serves us our dinner. Go to another Cabana if you must. I rate this Taco Cabana a 1 out of 10. Will never comeback! Better off at Taco Bell.

I wanted to give zero stars, it wasn't an option. Twenty five minutes to get the order: rice was hard, almost no cheese in the cheese enchiladas(they were hard). I went to get a refund and the woman laughed. I asked if she was laughing and she said, "I don't care". I let her know that I didn't, either. The manager had a horrible attitude. They were moving like snails. I called guest services and let them know. Just close the restaurant if that's the way it's going to be run. Five other customers were waiting inside. Who owns this one? I'd love to know their name.

This is consistently the worst taco cabana. I love talking taco cabana and go regularly multiple times a week, but I’m not going to this one anymore after five bad experiences back to back. this time, I got a bean and cheese taco, with no cheese. But instead when I opened it up I found melted plastic, doesn’t that sound delicious!
