This TC will not serve us black bean tacos. The server very nice told us that he couldn't as it is not a menu item. Also said that the manager there told him that they "can't do that". Oh well -- TACO BELL next time! 😊 (We ordered a regular bean n' cheese burrito. It was all bean and hardly any cheese!). (Bythe way, we DID get a black bean taco at that same TC a week ago, and it was DELICIOUS!) C'mon now TC at Fourwinds Dr. You also forgot to give us a straw for our drink at the window. Their fake meat vegetarian option is ca-ca.

Favorite place for happy hour. Especially this location. Shannon and all the staff are always friendly and have our food out fast and fresh . Come here at least 3 times out the week for my margaritas and half priced nachos . 5 stars 🌟

I came in the other day not knowing what i wanted, Rae offered the hatch chile burrito, Shannon made the order and handed it to me personally, It was amazing! Definitely gonna get it again. This location and its staff are amazing.

Your employee Rae Murray went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and checked on me to see if I needed a refill or anything else. In my opinion she is one of the best employees you have working for you

I was moving back from Temple and I needed to grab dinner, met a old friend of mine by the name of Rae, she was real sweet, great customer service, couldn't have gotten any better service anywhere else. Definitely would recommend coming back if you haven't already.

Thank you Taco Cabana! We had a celebration for 90 people and ordered the taco bar through the catering section of their site. Everything was PERFECT! The food was delicious, packed beautifully and ready on time. General Manager for the store, Tino, met us at pick-up, was so friendly and even helped us carry to the car. So thankful!

Review based on visit on 8/21/2022 at 10:20am. This store is better than others, but there is room for improvement. When dispensing my own soda, there was black stuff on the clear plastic where the ice comes out (I think it was mold), so I got a napkin and wiped it off. I ordered online from their app and picked up inside. The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes (why does it take so long?), then, the order wasn't even started by the time I got there. Secondly, I have to buy fountain soda when I get there (you cant order it online with the rest of your order). Also, I can get a senior citizen discount in person, but not online. By the time I got my food and got my own drink, I would have been much better off in the drive thru. Bottom line is ordering online in the app; Takes longer Costs more (no senior discount) Requires more of my time getting my own drinks I have to walk into the store anyway (cant order fountain drink online). Why even bother with the app? The app works great, but makes no sense when you look at the big picture.

This particular location has always been hit or miss on the quality of employee I'm dealt. What's usually very consistent is the quality and accuracy of my food order. Can't remember the last time I've had a mistake or badly made product. Also, it's high time you do something about that parking lot...you nearly need a 4x4 to make it through. Kid-friendliness: Some of the employees are your basic "rough" kid that you'd rather your own not hang around. Most, okay though. Parking: On a slope with speed bumps protruding into spaces, in a tight squeeze at the entryway. One of low points about this location.

Very friendly drive-through staff, not a terrible wait. The food tastes great!...for what little there is of it. The portion sizes in the combo meals are miniscule, especially for what they charge!

I wanted to go have lunch here because I know they have good service. But today it was unbelievable. First of all, a man who was cleaning spoke to us an he was speaking so low we couldn't understand hi..then when we went to go place our order, one of the cashiers said it wasn't her time to go do orders. We ended up walking out the door. Terrible service I've ever had there. I won't return because of it. If you are on the clock to work, you should be there to serve all people, regardless if you want to or not.
