First when I hold the door there was a paper that said only tea and water they didn't have other drinks, the lady who served us was super nice and they set us right away and we also got our food fast, didn't like that they set us next to a large group of family who had kids. The kids where crying, halfway eating one of the kids just looked at me weird. Also the floor wasn't very clean. But overall had a good experience by how fast we got seated and got our food. Also they have affordable prices.

I had came here since its been a long time. There is alot of parking and wheelchair accessibility here. The employees were very nice and friendly. I had gotten the 3 for $10.99 as I chose lemonade, chips and salsa and old timer burger. The food was a good too. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment has wheelchair accessibility.

I love chilis but this has been by far the worst one I have been to. Chips and Salsa where old. Salsa was spilled over the chips and the waiter was like my bad. Food came out cold Chicken wasn’t cooked fully, beef was over cooked (burnt) and the Shrimp was ok. Come time to check out I started to pay my total was one amount it kick me out went to pay again it was a higher amount. I asked the waitress about it and got a whole attitude. And they had the air on zero it was freezing. Never will I ever spend my money at this place again.

Horrible service, attitudes...never going back to this Chili's. Very disappointed. We were seated immediately and then we asked about the Happy Drinks Specials, was told that it was only at the bar. So we moved to the bar. Once seated in the bar area, in a booth it took 30 minutes to get service and that's because my friend was upset. Our waitress Kayla was horrible. If we saw twice that was too many. Even the manager and assistant manager had to take care of us. Very poor service. Food was mediocre... Can't expect much customer service from younger generation . All they care about is getting their check...screw the customer's.🤨

I had the Margarita Grilled Chicken.. from the “3 for me” menu.. it was perfect.. plenty.. I had to take home half of it, because I had 3 dip chips as starter, the Skillet Queso is tasty!! White Queso also good and Guacamole too! (Try the Skillet one!) Lastly.. download the app!! My 3 dip starter was free!!! Sometimes you get a Molten Chocolate Lava Cake for free too!!

When it comes to the National Chains, Chili’s does it right! They Always have Great Appetizers (get the skillet queso with chips); Great beverage options (Root Beer in a Bottle, Blue Moon on draft, etc.); Tasty Main Dishes (Guiltless Carne Asada with Pesto Sauce); and a Great Rewards Program! I always get a free drink or appetizer without even asking, just typing in my number! Finally, come see our Friend Sa-Vana (not Savannah)—Great Attitude; Friendly Service; and Super-Attentive to your needs! She definitely made the Experience a five-star visit! Tip her well—she sure deserves it! 👍🏽 (Sorry—we keep eating our delicious food in advance and then remember to add a picture afterwards)!

Love this location! We go pretty often and food is always great! Our favorite area is inside bar section in a booth with Catherine when she’s working😄. However, most of the staff our friendly only had one experience awhile back of a wait staff member that we were very disappointed in the attitude and unfriendly manner in which we treated. Compared to all the other visits that were great 👍🏻 hey makes up for one bad apple that probably isn’t there anymore. I haven’t seen this person any of the several times we’ve been back. Of course there is the possibility of this person having a bad day or going through something personally who knows, it’s the only reason we didn’t make a complaint. Go enjoy the great food and atmosphere love the music they play too!!

Overall, the service started out great, and than went downhill pretty quickly. The girl I had as a waitress must've had other duties as assigned because I saw her working the area I was seated. I used my Chili's Rewards and I cashed in on a free dessert. Most other Chili's, if you have the app will generally just give you a free bowl of chips because it doesn't cost them anything, and I was by myself. No free bowl of chips here. I then ordered the (3) for $10.99. It has a drink, an appetizer, and an entree. I had a tea, a bowl of chili ($1 upcharge), and the cajun chicken pasta. The portion on the main entree was more than generous and so was the portion for the bowl of chili. (They forgot to bring out the cheese and chips for it but that was a quick fix.) Overall, I had to chase em down for the one refill I got and that was it. They looked like they had a few staff members working. So I figured I would've had a refill readily available. I might come back as long as they weren't busy. And when I got here today they weren't that busy and they sat me close to the bar. I figured since that area was empty, I'd have a better chance at better service. 3 out of 5 stars. Features: Social Distancing guidelines are not in effect or enforced. Voluntary masking 😷 is on the Customer.

I ordered a 10 oz. Sirloin medium well with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak came out almost burnt and the top of the mashed potatoes were hard, like it was seating under the warmer light for a long time. The bartender/server nails were gross, with a lot of grime under it. He was a nice guy though. Clearly the lack of management and/or supervision was evident by the server appearance and the burnt food coming out of the kitchen. Drinks were good.
