I’m giving a 3 because it’s about their drive through/curbside pick up. It’s very disorganized in the sense that I’m not familiar with this location and I placed an online order for curbside. I didn’t see numbers or signs for curbside pick up, just one a way for drive through, so I waited like 10 min in line just to be told that curbside is park anywhere but they encourage to park near the front door which I understand. The thing is, is that I parked super far away from the door because there are no designated curbside parking and all the parking spots close to the door were taken by dine in customers, so I felt bad for the employee who walked around looking for my vehicle. It’s very disorganized. The chic fil a’s I go to usually have two lanes, one for drive through and one lane to get to curbside pick up. Their system would work way better for employees and customers if they had those designated spots.

They don't follow instructions and don't rectify their mistake if you can't take back the order. I had to drive over an hour away on emergency and was not in the area any longer. They wouldn't do anything even with me offering a photo to show proof. I will definitely be speaking to their operator and corporate. I went through their most recent reviews after my experience and see the restaurant must be going down hill. I also got my talk with Ms. Theresa and she is indeed, rude and careless.

I don’t understand what’s going on here. This is the most disheveled chick-fil-a I’ve ever seen. Usually the model for all things right in the food industry, this location is the opposite of normal. Like entering the bizarro world. It’s filthy…and there are employees everywhere. Like zombies. Every trash can is overflowing… and nobody is doing anything about it, other than the one girl that grabbed a handful of napkins and used them to push the trash down. Most tables are dirty. Food- First time in a long time that I have any complaints. But, for the first time ever, I couldn’t finish my sandwich because of the poor quality. Greasy and fatty. Say something positive! Okay. The waffle fries were cooked perfectly and were actually salted. I feel like this restaurant is surviving solely on its location, which is in proximity to Six Flags, and a ton of other destinations. There are so many better places to eat in this area. This is waaaayyyyy below standard. DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!!!!!

Update; We came here for lunch today, August 16th. They were very busy, but the food was very good. They messed up one order, but that happens every once in awhile. We will continue to eat here. Came here for a late dinner today, July 23rd and everything was great. We dined in and the food was delicious, fresh french fries, friendly service and a nice clean dining area. We will definitely come back.

They got my order wrong. I do not eat here often, but when I do I make sure to come to this specific location because the food tastes better here. I have anxiety, and worked up the courage to call back offering to bring back the food in exchange for the correct meal. Manager Teresa said the best she can do is offer an apology & hinted towards me of wanting a free meal. She kept repeating that she cannot give a refund, never once did I even mention a refund. The meal was already paid for, I wasn’t asking for a refund I was asking for what I ordered. I used to drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here but not anymore. It should have been as simple as bringing back the wrong food and receiving the correct food. Manager Teresa went out of her way to call me out of my name and rudely embarrass me, she had attitude the entire time I was talking to her. I understand mistakes happen, but why do I have to feel so much shame for wanting what I paid for? It’s not even about the food, I have never felt like less of person after speaking to manager Theresa. Not at all what I was expecting from the phone call, especially considering Chick-fil-A’s values. I understand people have bad days, but have some professionalism and don’t take it out on paying customers, especially one’s who are offering to drive out of their way to make things right. Eventually I was able to exchange the food, but I don’t want it anymore. With such bad customer service how am I able to enjoy this food.

Beautiful and unique . Well worth the price of admission. By far the most elegant rooms in San Antonio

Good customer service by employees, sandwich has gotten smaller at this location, and they cut down on fries too on several occasions. This location opened way before Covid19 and they still don't offer a senior discount like other places, I do know they are different owners, I go at least twice a week cause it close to where I live. Kid-friendliness: They have play room for kids Parking: Plenty

Our order was perfect minus the sauce they forgot to give us but they were very easy going and they are not stingy with sauces like so people. I do like to hear “my pleasure” after I say thank you, so I notice when employees don’t say it. Not a biggie. Inside was nice and clean!

Warning, this is long but worth your time to read. Firstly, there is a reason this location is losing customers to the new and vastly improved Leon Springs location. Overall they provide actual and better customer service, fresher and hotter food, and a quicker drive thru time. I was reminded by this after my visit tonight on my way home and was given the wrong order due to the employee taking my order incorrectly. After getting home 18 minutes later and coming to find I was given the wrong food, I called and asked for the manager (who never introduced herself until asked). I let her know I was given the wrong order, gave her my ticket number, and explained my order was incorrect. She continually repeated that my order was correct without letting her mind fathom that her employee took my order incorrectly without reading it back to me. The order is as simple as orders get and I get it every time. I explained I never order any different due to food allergies. Despite this, the manager kept implying this was an error on my part, even to go as far as saying “I know you probably usually order the number 1”, no, I only order the number 1. Teresa “the manager” then explained that they would not give me credit for another order at a later time and would only remake my food if I drove back and returned the order. I explained how this location was further for me and I asked if my fuel would be refunded? (That’s an obvious no, but still worth a shot). After declining to come back, I asked who their owner and operator was, which she quickly replied “well I am,…” to which I cut her off because she’s not. The owner and operator of this store is Cynthia R. Gonzalez. I asked how to contact her and was given the store number, so I asked when she comes in, and the response was basically “she comes and goes as she pleases”. Cynthia, if you’re reading this, just know it’s ‘my pleasure’ to leave this review that might help others become enlightened on what a poor experience your Chick-Fil-A chooses to provide customers.

This was my first visit and most likely my last. The fries are under cooked, was kinda hoping for a more crispy fry, the sauces are plain without much taste, the food was pretty much the same as Macdonalds. Just one more chicken joint without any real flavor.
