Last time my order was messed up but was craving a blast so thought I’d give a second chance. This sonic is trash, nasty parking lot, not clean,disgusting. I got to drive thru last night 7/11/22 at 9:25. One car in front of me at the box. Finally got to the box at 9:35 and was told be right with you. At 9:52, 17 minutes later i finally get the how May I help you. Then get told they are out of ice cream no products. I mean really I waited almost 30 minutes from start to finish for that. Your telling me in the 17 minutes you could not come to the speaker box to acknowledge it may be a few more minutes. I left with nothing. Will not be back.

Burnt chicken and potatoes crumbs. As soon as I opened the food and saw this I told my family not to touch any of it including the drinks. Someone clearly does not like their job and who knows what they did to the food and drinks to contaminate it. I returned all of it to the restaurant promptly.

This Sonic does not accommodate people with disabilities. If you are deaf they still make you go to the drive thru because they don't hire enough employees and can't keep employees because they are over worked and short staffed. Also the employees wear flip flops to work and drink beer outside in the back. The app says order ahead but you get there and you can't go to a car port checkin so you have to go to the drive thru and wait 25 minutes for a drink. And if you order thru the app you can't get a refund or cancel your order. They should really just close this sonice down already.

This is for the location at 955 E Bitters Rd on Sunday 6/12/2022. I understand the restaurant is short staffed. I patiently wait for my order. I even tip a couple of dollars. Then I notice my limeade was forgetten, I walk outside to ask for it because when you push the red button you have to wait more than 5 minutes for a response. The car hop comes outside, I let her know, she just looks at me with a scowel and keeps on walking. Everyone has a bad day. Thanks to the other girl with a better attitude that eventually came outside and asked what I needed I soon had my limeade and was on my way. The car hop doesn't need to be reprimanded. She's not the one that forgot my drink. Maybe close off some of the stalls until more staff is hired.

I understand covid has been hard for a lot of business and that a lot of them are short staffed; I feel that I am a very patient person but this is pretty terrible in regards to speed. It would make a lot more sense to close down this location until enough staff has been hired. This causes a lot of stress for both customers and currently staff due to unrealistic expectations. I can't rightfully give this a higher rating since the wait was over 45 minutes and that was with an app order. I cannot cancel an app order so im either stuck waiting or living with the fact that sonic has a free donation.

Sunday 5/1. According to Google AND the Sonic website, this location opens at 8am. At 8:07 I placed an order on the app, paid for the order and all was well. We showed up, parked in a stall and checked in. 15 minutes later, at 8:22, no acknowledgement, so we pressed the red button. No acknowledgement. I called the location. No answer. Went thru the drive thru... no acknowledgment at the intercom. Went to the window, and see a paper sign. See image. Also, no one at the window. We drove off without any food. $12 gone. Does this location open at 8am on Sundays or not? I should mention, we were the only car/customer in the area, so it's not like they were busy on a Sunday morning.

Very disappointed ☹️. Their chicken toaster sandwich use to be better . Today April 29, 2022 I ordered a chicken toaster sandwich and it was awful . I took a bite and I tasted oil . I opened the sandwich and the chicken pattie was burnt. Honestly it looked like it was refried yuk! . Also I had no idea that the chicken patties shrank . Wasted my money, never again . ...

I have only been here a few times, and every time I’ve been disappointed. I placed a mobile order for 2 limeades and waited over 30 minutes, and they never came out. I had to go and couldn’t wait any longer. I pressed the red button and they never answered that either, waited about 15 minutes. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. One other time I went, I pressed the red button and waited 20 minutes before deciding to just get in the drive through lane, just for them to tell me they were out of ice cream? I’d just skip this location and go to the next one. Wish I could get my money back.

First and foremost this PLACE!!! For the second time in one Week we've came to Order here and stalls were closed and we were told to go threw to Drive thru. Secondly we waited in line over 30 minutes, once we got to the Window a Woman with Facial Hair told us we would have to wait longer. So we waited, but here is the disgusting thing...Once we received our drinks (including a Water) each Drink had Hairs in them. 🤢🤮 it seems almost like we were targeted and the Workers are miserable... I'm definitely reporting this and we will never return here again. Not our (Customers) fault there were only 2 workers and they were slammed.

Now this one is starting to suck. Not sure if it's the store manager that's not paying their employees good or if it's just sonic in general. Took a long time to get our order and apparently they only do drive thru orders even if you do it through the app. There needs to be better communication. These sonics are ruining the sonic brand. We are certainly not coming to sonic that often and I may be just one person complaining here but there's others that will not eat at sonic anymore
