I have a package coming from Paraguay that I needed ASAP to make modifications to for my baby’s Labor Day cultural performance. They told the sender I’d get it Tuesday. That package got from Paraguay to Utah faster than it had gotten from SLC to my house. Its been here since Monday. I asked to pick up at DHL express; they said the address was wrong and consignee moved. I contacted customer service, they set it to pick up in draper on Tuesday. Didn’t get there. I ask, TWICE; they said it’s still coming Tuesday. I ask later that day, they say “oops, something happened, so tomorrow”. Well, Wednesday comes along and I’m worried, so I contact again, and they didn’t answer any question and closed the chat. I talk to someone again and they said “100%” it will be ready for pickup today (Thursday). I ask if I can just go get it in Salt Lake, and they said no. I contact them this morning because no updates on status, no ETA on tracking and to be sure it’s coming today and they said, no, it’s going to be there FRIDAY. So if Friday comes and something happens my babies won’t be able to dance. They will be heartbroken. Traditional Paraguayan dance costumes aren’t something you just can pull out of thin air. How is it possible that my package had been in Utah this long but can’t make it from SLC to draper? And why does customer service tell me something different every time? Extremely frustrating.

ordered some clothes for back to school for my daughter from romwe and was told our order would arrive august 22nd (the first day of school) at the latest which is already disappointing. but now it's a week later and our clothes still aren't here. we spent over 200 dollars including shipping and we're furious. DHL says our order should arrive tomorrow, but it's changed the date 3 times already and i don't trust it. definitely won't use this again if my order isn't here tonight or tomorrow, the first day of week 2 school.

I am trying to contact this office to know about a parcel that was delivered from Italy, to Saltlake city and then to South Korea (Rather then boise in Idaho). All info on the parcel was correct, and someone in this office has sent my package to South Korea, I don't have any possibility to talk to a person in this office as only the automatic responses are activated and useless for my specific case. I don't recommend this service to anyone!

From my most recent experience with DHL I do not need anymore time to experience the audacity of bad business within this company. Wednesday of last week and overnight shipping was paid for through DHL. The next day when I was suppose to receive the package the deliverer of my package overlooked my unit provided in the address and never brought my package to my apartment. I called DHL later Thursday to see where my package was to be told that they didn't have a Unit number provided but I reiterated that the Unit number was on the address for the order and it was looked over somehow, the only thing they could do is continue to postpone my package until the next week even after correcting the information with this company. I needed that package to insure I locked down a job, instead here I am writing a review for an already reviewed horrible company who has postponed myself from getting a job. If you chose anywhere to ship your packages through. Do NOT use DHL Delivery to save yourself some money, time, and heart ache.

If I could give less than 1 star I would have gave them 0!!! Lost my time sensitive documents while it was insured and promised to be delivered within 3 to 5 days! Their costumer service is the worst. No one is responding and I do not recommend them. Do not trust DHL if your documents are important. They charge you, they insure your documents, they lose it, and they don't do anything about it.

First of all they have a really great service and my shipment has arrived really fast. Other thing, Angel the guy who works in the reception. He was really helpful and he did provide all the information that I needed, very nice guy.

Too expensive, wanted to send a box with less than 200 worth of merchandise and less than 8 lb. weight. To ship to Peru, I was being charged over 600. I found someone that charged me 80 dlls instead.

GREAT SERVICE! We had a very short time frame to get a very important packet of documents to Mexico from Utah. We were so afraid that no shipping service could get it there on time. DHL delivered our package before the estimated date that they told us and got it to Mexico before scheduled. Very pleased and thankful for them. Very reliable service:)

The delivery driver that comes out to tooele ut took it upon himself to go above and beyond for my wife's wedding ring I had custom made and because I live in sucha brand new area of tooele when u try and pull up where I live on GPS it doesn't show anything anyways I tried over a course of 2 months to get my package only answer I'd get is its on hold at a slc office but I new it was going thru DHL and when I saw a driver I politely stopped him and asked if he knew what I could do he took my number down and left about 30 min later I got a call he had gone all the way to there shop and looked for it and found it notified me that he was going to wait there for me to come there and pick it up this was on Xmas eve. Thank you again

I have to say that objectively yes, they should be able to deliver my package on time without fail, every time, after all that is their job. However, we have no idea what it is like to have to deliver 1000s of packages per week. We have no idea what it takes to sit on the phone minute after minute with angry customers day after day. They are doing what they can. When I was expecting my wedding dresses (yeah I bought two, and returned one) they came in literally 1 day, (from all the way across the world)! I arranged to pick them up from the station and got them a day early. All I'm saying is a little proactiveness never hurt 🤷♀️. Also the group of people they have working at DHL really do care. Their dedication is evident and I can tell when I do work with them that they are passionate at what they do.
