I have a pkg waiting to be delivered from Foot Locker on State Street, Sandy Utah. The store clerk says there are many others as well. Mine has been at the store for 7 days. The USPS had not been by to collect . Can't reach a person on the phone at the post office.

I am here to bring the rating up! Was a little nervous to go here because of all the negative reviews, but apparently they are no longer the usps with poor service. I went in today, Vi & Jamie are both super friendly, attentive and helpful. If you have an international package that got turned down by the USPS in Harmons down the street (they are super nice too, just can’t handle international mail), this office can help! Positive experiences should be shared as much as the negatives. Don’t let the older reviews scare you off. My experience TODAY was a blast! Thanks again to all amazing staffs!

If I can give a 0 star I would the This is the second time that I the post office has not delivered a package and there is nothing there. The first it was delivered to my door to my surprise nothing there I go to Thai post office and they said it was delivered to the right address 5 days later a couple that lived a couple block came to my door and brought my package. This my package it was deliver to the mail box and the only people access to it is my self and the post office and to my surprise again nothing is there. I will be going to tomorrow 7.2.22 at 9:00am to see what will happen but if nothing is resolved then I will not take this review down and will write a follow up review about my second experience at the post office.

I had a passport appt a few months ago where the post office worker was pretty decent and took my picture, helped me fix my forms, etc. We found out my birth certificate was not an actual birth certificate and that I would need to order one. He told me “just to come back” when I had my birth certificate given everything else was filled out and ready to go. He said I would not need an appt again and that he’d “remember me”. LOL when I tell you I went back this morning (same man) he definitely remembered me but told me “I’d never say not to make an appt I’m the only one here”. First off, why would I lie about that? I would’ve had no problem making an appt. He stared at me very rudely, rolling his eyes and scoffing and didn’t even give me a chance to speak. Anyway, I ended up making another appointment elsewhere and hopefully will have a more helpful experience by someone who doesn’t despise people for just existing. Looking at reviews, looks like he’s been a horrible cloud over this place for a while. I’d say it’s time to move on to something else buddy. Best of luck to anyone who encounters him.

Left a package in my apartment parcel without even giving me a key to access the locker. Not an ideal situation. Especially because they did this on a Saturday. Now I have to wait until Monday before this can be resolved.

I don’t write reviews much in this case I’ll have to make an exception because. I had an appointment for an adult passport for the first time and brought all my documents, I did the best that I could but we all make mistakes right? The tall gray-haired guy with the glasses was absolutely horrible! I was missing one document and had missed some spots on the application this guy was snappy and was quick to give me a list of what I didn’t do right, and basically threw the papers and my ID across the desk. I was so confused and all he had to say was “you have to make a new appointment”, which are out by 2-3 weeks. I don’t know if every USPS is like this but this experience was bad enough for me to NOT make an appointment with these them ever again!

They don't print out shipping labels. I had to drive to a FedEx store, print the prepaid USPS label and come back. What a joke. This is why people supported defunding the post office

This had to be the worst service I have ever experienced. I’m a eBay seller so I usually have my labels ready but this time I had to send a personal package and didn’t have a label. I waited patiently in line and when I got up to the counter I asked for a label to print and the lady working there told me “ don’t waste my time and get back in line”. Because I didn’t write the address on my package. I was completely blown away with how rude she was and didn’t even listen to what I said. I been so upset I couldn’t sleep. This has to stop, the negative reviews that they get should get your attention not to come here or get better employees that don’t hate their job.

I was late to my passport appointment and the post office agent on duty was very rude. I will complete the passport process elsewhere. Sandy USPS: It may help to invest in some trainings to improve customer service.
