I really like this place because they have authentic Mexican food. They don’t have a lot of options but the food, particularly the tacos, are some of the best in the area. I like that they have cabeza, which is either beef/pork head. The place has a rustic feel, which I personally like. The prices are reasonable especially on weekdays for lunch. The music is appropriate…makes you feel like you’re in Mexico. It is also kept clean, which is always a must! My only complaint is that the customer service could be a bit abrasive and at times poor. Also the fist time I ordered a tamale it was delicious, but the second time it was dry, like they left it in the oven uncovered for too long instead of keeping it in the steamer where it’s typically cooked and can be kept hot until it’s ready to serve. Overall I recommend it and it’s worth a try!

The best tacos in all of Virginia!!! I Love all the meat selections and the corn tortillas make them even better! I recommend using the red salsa, it's the best I've taste EVER IN MY LIFE! They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in, plus they have the best prices. Come once and you'll be hooked for life!

I was disappointed with this place. Given the location, I expected faster service times during lunchtime. Upon arrival they don't ask if you'd like to sit or order to go. We planned on eating there. We were put in a dark corner where we were forgotten about after we ordered. We were brought chips and salsa after the meal, and the chips were really stale. We had to ask for the check twice before going up to the register and paying. The person we asked to bring us the check tried to blame a waitress that wasn't serving our table. Overall I was really disappointed, but the tacos were decent.

I was really disappointed that the day I needed to send money to my family, they had closed the store and no one was available. Note this was a weekday during normal business hours. Not a bad place (tiny store with limited selections)but I would call before going if you intend on sending money.

My food was molded as my best friend was given tortilla shells that were old and reheated. The customer service was poor, I give this place one star.

Quick and great food. We got lamb tacos with corn tortillas and chicken chimichangas. They were so fresh and great! Highly recommend it with draft Modelo

Could be cleaner but ill deal with a sticky table... the people are great and the food is even better... i will recommend everyone to try this place its becoming my go to place... you can also get your Mexican spices and cook ware and drinks in the grocery side of the restaurant... its a cool place everyone should check it out

Best Mexican Food in not only Deep Creek but Chesapeake. Fresher than the Mexican Chain /Corporated in Greenbrier area. Staff is very friendly as always, especially the young woman tonight. The food is reasonable and always fresh. The Quac is by far the best. This place has been expanding over the years, there is a reason why. Oh and yes the chips, salse and white dip is nothing to turn away from.
