On December 12 I went in the store spoke with Will . Ask to separate my 2 out of 4 lines which I currently have with Metro and add tablet line .. 2 voice lines and 1 tablet after waiting for over an hour for the tablet to arrive from another location .Once my phones (2) business ( 2) personal was upgrade and switch . Will informed me pay in advance for month in advance . I advised him on November 30 account was paid $100 in full why 12 days in do I have pay again so I paid after he assured me Metro rep Zack (Ap or something) he to issue the credit in with I would be notified .. no credit received no text like normal but I have text communication from Will stating he email Zack ..I paid over $508 just to add 2 tablet supposed to be free tablets upgraded 2 phones cheap Alcatel $119 and Lg aristo 3.

Went there a couple of days of ago and was a bald headed man with bloodshot eyes. He was rude and had this personality about him like he didn’t want to do his job.

They have the worst customer service ever, the workers are rude don’t give receipts for purchases. When you have to go back the pass the buck, sell you phones higher then the price on the stand in front of phone . Even the manager has a nasty attitude just ridiculous.
