I had a great experience tonight with Fatima. I literally left another Metro because the salesman was trying to EXTREMELY overcharge me. I called multiple Metro Phone Numbers and Fatima was the only one who answered. I then drove 20 minutes out of my way and past 3 other Metros to get to Fatima and I'm happy I did. She charged me correctly. She also was extremely knowledgeable of the products. She was helpful and friendly. I went in to get the phone only and ended up with a case and glass. I will continue to drive 20 minutes from home to Visit this location because of her. And I highly recommend her if you need a good customer service agent.

If you want a good phone with out breaking the bank they have good deals at MetroPCS. I've had mine going on six months and haven't had any problems 💜😎💜

Personnel very helpful considerate of your time and the store on 4000 George Washington Highway would not honor their sales while this store did and the one on George Washington Highway tried to get me to buy a bunch of extras that were not needed I believe they were working on commission and Personnel were very rude
