Nice and the design of the indoor is unique, but I prefer the outdoor in a good day. I like their salad dish. A little expensive comparably with other restaurants.

I went to this store Sunday evening around 9:00 pm . I ordered 2 bowls for my children's and after that i tried to use the restroom. Mr. Patrick had a sign on both restrooms and i could not use any. I asked him if i could use one but he refused and asked me to wait 15 minutes. He walked away mumbling . I said " sorry i cant hear what you are saying." He turned his head and said ' " We don't have too offer a restroom." I was shocked by his answer. I never heard of a restaurant whiteout a restroom. Mr. Patrick has a long way to go and learn how to talk. he needs training and a role play. Very disappointed.

Disappointed by the quantity/portions. I usually go to other chipotles, but I was closer to this one so figured okay. The rice wasn’t much, the server gave me a very small scoop of beans, and when I asked for extra corn (as the first scoop was very little), the server scooped maybe 6-7 additional pieces of corn like that was satisfactory. Incredibly underwhelming amount of food when others will be a bit more generous (or at least fair) with the scoops.

I had to TELL the young lady that fixed my food this evening to wash her hands after blowing her nose and before fixing my food. Wearing gloves does NOT replace, hand hygiene! A customer should never have to tell/ask employees to wash their hands. Highly disappointed that I had to even have the exchange w/her about this.

Very bad service. Waited 20min for my order but the food doesn’t look right at all.

Usually I love chipotle, but this store has gone downhill. They take forever to complete the online orders (what is the point of selecting a pick up time if you aren’t going to follow it?) and lately they’ve been getting our orders wrong. Be it forgotten chips/queso, adding an ingredient that wasn’t selected, or today getting the completely wrong bowl. Very disappointing.

Terrible service! I had to wait to put in my order while the lady behind the counter continued to restock 3 or 4 toppings that were no even empty and carried on a conversation with a co-worker. After she finally made my bowl, she just left it on the counter and there was no one to ring me up. Just poor customer service and poor attitudes.

This was my $14 meal from chipotle service is okay but portions are tiny. It's not my first time eating here and when I asked about the portions they said this we putting the right portions!!!! Very disappointed, chick- fil-A across the street got a lot bigger portions. Yes I recommend that.
