Found my visit surprisingly pleasant. Was seen right away and got the opportunity to get my sleep number identified and then was able to try multiple beds using my sleep number. Allowed me to make a very informed decision without any pressure.

I received a notice from Sleep Number, as an "insider" because we had purchased a Sleep Number bed TWENTY-FOUR years ago (time really does fly) and we had been thinking about getting a new mattress. We had stayed at a Courtyard at Marriott and loved the bed we had, which made us think about a new one. We decided to check out Sleep Number here in Woodbridge before checking on the Courtyard bed and we were sold again. Sleep Number has evolved a LOT since our first purchase, and we are very excited about the upcoming delivery of our NEW bed. The sales person was very personable and also professional. She gave us very thorough information and respected our own needs. We are very pleased with the service we received and are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new bed.

We were sold > $7,000 bed by Brandon. He was fantastic to work with. 100 day trial. After just 3 weeks we contacted SleepNumber Customer Service and they told us to go for at least 30 days. We called back at 30 days and said that we were still disappointed. They let us know that our trial was only on the mattress (less than half of our total purchase) and the other half of stuff was non returnable. We then contacted the Executives at Sleep Number and attempted to contact this store directly, but have not gotten a reply from anyone. I think that the bed is okay. Not worth $7,000. And I was hoping we were purchasing great customer service & the 100 day trial was real.... It wasn't. It was misleading. We have now contacted the Better Business Bureau and are hoping for resolution. MAKING SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING LEAD INCORRECTLY!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life today with Dawn. If you walk in and see her working either ask for someone else or turn around and walk out. I can not speak for the rest of the employees, but she is by far the worst employee at any store that I have ever dealt with. She first ordered me the wrong item and then when I came back to try and fix that and get something different, because I could only exchange my item, she tried to give me only $100 dollars back of the $240 I spent. After arguing with her for a few minutes she then said “fine we will call customer service and they can deal with you.” When the very helpful customer service lady answered Dawn did not explain the situation correctly and again tried to only get me my $90 back. There was no other employees in the store to help either which made the situation even worse. I will NEVER go back there again and deal with her!!!

Outstanding customer service from Maggie. Impressed with the professionalism of the entire store staff. Likewise impressed with the fact that, despite having purchased my last Sleep Number bed in 2009, I was still in the system, still part of the Sleep Number "family" and still got a great "family" discount. I will never buy a sleep number or trust anyone in that store ever again. We were told explicitly before we purchased the mattress that it would be delivered in one week. After they charged my credit card, I was told that it wouldn’t be delivered for over a month. If the misrepresentation wasn’t enough, I canceled the order immediately. But, the charge was posted on my credit card and I’ve had to spend the last 2 hours on the phone only to be told that there is nothing they can do about it. This mattress sells itself, the sales people should have more integrity. Shame on this them.

We had a great experience at the Woodbridge Sleep Number store. When we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner and, within minutes, started talking with a sales associate. Having already researched the models and options, we were fairly certain what we wanted. No high pressure sales pktch - the associate with whom we worked did not try to up sell. He took the time to help us find a great starting place for our sleep number, describe the use and benefit of their Sleep IQ technology, and worked with us to get all of the discounts available He reviewed our order and finance options in detail and in plain English. Granted we spent about o0 minutes in-store, but it was well worth the time. We're looking forward to the arrival of our new bed.
