Hannah was the more helpful than i could imagine! we had a nightmare at the apple store before hand and she managed to fix everything perfectly in 10 minutes and even helped us get a new phone and switch our sim cards. it was super easy and she made everything go so smoothly. i only ever want to have her help with all my phone problems forever now

Went in the other day ready to upgrade 1 or 2 lines and the young lady who was helping us was not able to answer basic questions on the devices nor really seemed interested in helping. When asked about seeing the phone without the huge security device attahcing it to the wall I was told I needed to go to Bestbuy to hold it. They allow that..... Seriously, hold my license or pull up my account and allow customers the ability to see these 1700 dollar devices. If I can test drive a 50k car with only my license it should be good enough to see a phone.

Blake was amazing! We were upgrading 4 lines, needed our plan revamped, had to have 2 phones shipped half way across the country from us and he did it all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. We were very impressed and he even convinced us to get Apple watches and all the new accessories for our new phones. Thank you Blake!!

Branden did an awesome job navigating our situation and explained all our options clearly and when he didn’t know he wouldn’t hesitate to ask his manager rather than guess. Had a wonderful experience today at At&t store at San tan village mall. My wife and I went into the store with our son to get his very first phone. We had the pleasure of working with Hannah. Very sweet young lady. Helped us choose the best deal and phone for our boy. She was very patient and has great customer service. If you’d like a great experience ask for Hannah!

Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I rarely take the time to write out a review unless my experience with a company is outstanding or horrible and this AT&T branch is awful. The issue: I purchased the screen protector plan for $50 and when I went in for a replacement I was told it would be $10. I advised politely that I paid for replacements in the plan I signed up for (previous unhelpful sales associate said nothing about $10 and just said bring in your phone if you ever need a replacement). They then said they needed some receipt so my wife found it and brought it down to the store. That wasn’t sufficient for them and said I wasn’t authorized on my “family plan”. Manager was called over and he was rude, sarcastic and confrontational. In business/customer service, everything doesn’t go right all the time but it’s about how you handle those situations. If handled well (empathy, taking ownership of an issue) you could create an even stronger brand loyalty and not someone typing a negative review. The team at the SanTan store could use some attention from corporate about customer service training and take a closer look at their manager - secret shopper would be a good idea

Your AT&T store in the East Valley. Went in this morning to activate a phone for my mom. Thank you Brianna for your amazing customer service. All associates were helpful and professional to others, including the manager putting the screen cover on my moms phone.
