This ups store has sent several of our Amazon return packages back late by almost two weeks. Most recently I paid for a certified mail package to be sent out, only to have it returned two weeks later by the post office because of unpaid postage. This was after I paid for everything and was even given a tracking number by this UPS store. To make a long story short, this store sent my package out without the proper paid shipping labels and it was returned to the local post office. I eventually had to pay to send it out again. I had only returned to this UPS store because I needed a notary. Along with a title and other important documents, this package was not sent out until two weeks after I had paid for the certified mail service. My registration was delayed due to the incompetency of the gentleman helping me and I was only notified of this because the mail was returned. Again, due to unpaid postage by this UPS store after I had paid and was even given a receipt with a tracking number. Do Not Go to this Scam of a UPS store! They will hang on to your packages including the Amazon returns and send them out late. I have no idea why they do this. Probably to cut corners and save money on their end.

I waited patiently for several minutes while the older middle eastern man was working on something (not for a customer) at the PC in the common area. He then came over to scan my Amazon return packages. A "thank you for waiting" would have been nice. They usually weigh and scan each package. I offered to move the big box off the scale and onto the cart. He rudely and bluntly said NO. (I understand now that it's because UPS has already picked up the day's packages and they'll be storing packages behind the gated counter after hours and not in the common area where people can unlock the front door to get to their mailboxes.) He then proceeds to scan the rest of my packages in a rude manner, swiping the packages so they fall off the scale. He then prints my receipt and holds it in front of my face without any eye contact or another word. How rude! This place has the worst service! It takes a low-life to be this rude to paying patrons who bring you business to help pay your bills and employees and keep your store open. I recommend going to the location on Harbor and Edinger instead.

Like many other reviews have said, the customer service at this UPS store is trash. The man sighed in my face multiple times while scanning my packages that I was just dropping off and acted like it was such a huge inconvenience. I don't get why you're working here if you don't want to do even the simplest things. Never experienced such a thing at any other UPS store.

Big mistake coming to this location! (Go to the UPS store on Brookhurst if you want friendly employees who actually know how to ship your items for the cheapest way possible) my husband went here one time and told me to ship my bracelets (2 small packages) it would be $21.00. I was expecting it to be $12.00 like usual! Nope! Then when I went in yesterday, I saw it was run by a couple in their 40s or 50s. Smiling it not their forte. However the woman seemed to be more helpful. The man, who I was dealing with, not so much. He barely understood what I meant when I said I wanted it delivered thru the postal so it would be cheaper. I had 3 packages. He took literally over 7 minutes for each package to print the labels. He literally was rolling his eyes, huffing and puffing. He was not gentle with my hand made jewelry and customized jewelry boxes! Slamming the package down and then very harshly smacking the stickers on them. It was totally bizarre that he would act so bothered right in front of his customer! I was shocked! He acted like I was a total nuisance. I was in disbelief. I usually go to the location on Brookhurst and now that is the ONLY location I will be going to. Not only were they not friendly, but their store is messy and very disorganized. There were boxes in the store stacked literally almost to the ceiling. I really hope that my packages make it safely to their destination on time and without being damaged.

Called at 12:30pm to ask for notary, he says come in anytime until 6pm. I thought great, when I get there the kid and mom are sitting there and say what do I need? I said a notary and they go Well hes out to lunch can you come back in a hour? So basically he couldve told me he was going to lunch between 2-3 instead of the come in whenever speech, so end of day, wasted gas money and no signature. Thanks UPS Fountain Valley

One the best UPS stores around.. I appreciate the attention to details the owners and workers does when sending my packages and returns. I’d go here if I live closeby or in the area. They remember you and the mailbox rates are most affordable than others.

Very disappointed. Have been using their services for at least 4 years without any problems up until last Thursday, 10/8. The main reason I sign up for a mail box here is so that someone could sign for my package(s) while I'm at work. I am very unhappy with how they've handled my issue. They signed for a package that was delivered on Thursday, 10/8 but never notified me, nor could they find the package when I gave them the tracking number. The young guy, Deepak/Depper signed for the package but then told me that FedEx could just put his name on it without his knowledge. I find this hard to believe. (1) There were/are several people working the counter, why would FedEx singled out only his name? (2) He did the same thing with my USPS delivery, signed for it but never notified me. When I showed him the USPS tracking information, he looked around and found the package. He said the package was small that was why he missed it. I let it go because we found the package, but we were not so lucky with this FedEx delivery. (3) He told me that he would look into it and let me know late Friday, 10/09 or Saturday 10/10. I waited and waited and got nothing. I went to the store on Saturday, 10/10 and was told that he wasn't working that day. I have been back several times since, but only met the elderly couple working there. (4) All they've been telling me is that they are waiting to talk to the FedEx delivery guy. I have already asked the vendor to do a detailed trace delivery and it showed the package has been delivered. There is no accountability, whatsoever. I paid, the vendor shipped, FedEx delivered, they signed for it...but where is the package and who it was delivered to, your guess is as good as mine.

Absolutely the worst possible experience for a UPS store. The young Asian employee at the desk regularly refuses to help in the slightest with various shipping situations, something other UPS stores have never done when presented with similar problems. Do yourself a favor and never ever come here. It is worth going out of your way to avoid this place.

Not very customer friendly. Only provided a piece of tape to help seal a small package; can’t even offer a complementary courtesy. The store manager charged $1 for that. Never experienced anything like this. The manager is Indian descent who literally cornered you in a position to either pay for a piece of tape or go buy one. Not very helpful at all. Kept saying it’s Amazon he doesn’t know anything. Really? Amazon has a contract with UPS for returning purchased items. It makes you feel reaped off and taken advantage of. Feel like I was in a third world country.

I had a proposal due and the team at the store delivered my bid for me on time as I was a remote client. They did a great job, were friendly and charged a reasonable fee. I'm very thankful and highly recommend their services!
