Never had a problem with Duncan coffee before it was my favorite coffee to get every weekend morning. I ordered coffee from this particular one and another in Montclair the next week and it messed me up bad both times. I haven't gotten coffee here for awhile until recently, I wanted to give it another try and I was fine this time. So I figured that they used whole milk instead of creamer like half and half. So make sure if you're lactose intolerant in any way that you make sure to ask for half and half or almond milk or whatever you like, they might just put whole milk in it if your not specific.

I went to this location just this morning to get some snackin bacon it’s my favorite item. When I got there I saw a paper on the drive thru of what they were out of or low on and the bacon was NOT one of them. I proceeded to order and they told me they were all out. I said it was a little early for that and I got a rude reply of how it’s a breakfast item and they have to wait 45 min for it to cool down. The snackin bacon is not listed as a breakfast item on the menu it’s considered a snack. So your telling me your going to be out of bacon for the rest of the day when you close at 9PM. I can understand if it were due to supply shortages or on their list but it was not. The employees here also think of their customers as an inconvenience and are very rude to customers. This is not the first time I have witnessed them be rude or have had rude interactions with them. They need to train staff better and make changes to the menu as needed. I really hope they get it together because I like to frequent this location but not if I’m going to be met with bad customer service every time.

This was my first time trying Dunkin' Donuts and it was pretty disappointing. All the food I had ordered smelled like dirty oven and both croissants / hash brown had burnt debris all over the food that caused such a nasty taste to it. I'm pretty sure the people making the food see how burnt and nasty it looks or smells but they still chose to give the food that way. It's just gross. I hope not all locations are like this because I rather get Starbucks or something else than to constantly get nasty food service like this.. The only thing that was good was the ice coffee, if I'm honest. But I did appreciate the help I received from the cashier who helped me get my refund back for the food. Everyone else just seemed to hate their job.

They missed my order. “ pushed wrong button” food was cold. Blended ice coffee was nasty not even blended. I asked to remake they gave me attitude!! Stood in front of the counter for five minutes no attention. Will never go back !!

We were at the Dunkin' located on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga today Saturday August 21st...it was a disaster of an experience. We placed our mobile order at 10:40am and we're not out of there until 11:30am. When I walked in I asked for our order at mobile pick up. I was given my breakfast sandwich and told we were just waiting on the coffees. The workers looked very overwhelmed and unorganized as you can see the mess of order tickets on the counter in my photo. At 11:15am I asked them where my coffees were and if they could make me another sandwich as mine had been sitting since 10:50am. She took my sandwich, reheated it and gave it right back. At 11:30 I got in line and asked where my coffees were as I had been waiting since 10:50am. She gave me one coffee and asked if I still needed the second - I said yes. She made my coffee and left it on the counter. I walked up and asked if this was mine? She very rudely said "yeah" as she walked away. I will never be returning to this location and potentially any other Dunkin' after this terrible customer experience. Starbucks, I'm coming home.

When was the last time YOU stopped in to Dunkin Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga,California ? Well I did and im glad I did! Great fresh donuts-had a jelly and a cruellar-great! And its summer,its hot! So whats better on a hot summer day than an iced coffee-and let me tell you this is Dunkin fresh brewed for iced coffee coffee and it was awesome! New place in Rancho to get donuts 👍🏻 free WiFi, free refills on coffee, and a nice clean place to chillax at a good location. Plenty of plugins at the ready. There's only one bathroom, but it's not that big of a deal for to the number of seats. The donuts were good of course, as was the coffee, but I can't yet speak for the croissant or bagel sandwiches as I haven't yet had one. The staff is still learning a few things as it's a brand new store, so I don't hold it against them. I've been several times and everyone has always been very respectful and kind. I'll be hitting this spot up frequently.

So I was craving for Dunkin Donuts' bavarian creme and when I look at Google Maps - there, I find a Dunkin Donuts in my area, haha. I went there since it says they are open , although, the grand opening is not until Sep 8. Sadly, they ran out of bavarian creme so I just settled with the munchkins. Good coffee, good ambience, they have outlets for computers. Sounds good to me.
