if you value your money DO NOT BANK HERE!!! this banks customer service is a joke. they steal your money and play games with it. overdrawn one day then 500 ok deposit the next day. then overdrawn. then random money on deposit. they confuse you and steal from you and then gaslight you. I finally took pics. screenshots. seriously go anywhere but here.

I have had Citibank for over 30 years, I always have great service, error a fixed quickly. When I had identity theft they handled everything.

Trying to contact someone is impossible even with a direct number. Can't even leave a message. Trying to open a living trust account a week ago. No responce no nothing. Going to another bank

This is my favorite branch of Citibank! Why the customer service is outstanding. I recently had some identity theft on my checking account and they were very quick and very efficient to get things straight and get me back up and going!

Poor customer service. My father had a stroke and I attempted to add myself to his account via a power of attorney. The banker was unable to find solutions to the challenges we faced and responded with, "that's not my problem to solve." He then proceeded to justify this by saying I wasn't a customer and had no obligation to help me. As if managing the care of an elderly parent is not difficult enough on a person...
