We've bought many appliances from Filco over the years and never had any problems - until now. My $10k+ built-in Jenn-Air refrigerator has a slow leak that has penetrated the sub-floor in my kitchen. Filco took my money, had someone do the installation - but wouldn't even bother returning my call today. When I called back, "Call the manufacturer" is all they'd tell me. Why bother shopping local when you can save money elsewhere - and get better service too?

Went in just to check it out. A guy approached us pretty harshly or maybe thats how he normally talks. Not cool! Will never go back to this place. He needs to work on etiquette/how you treat people.

Customer service could be improved. Looking for smaller dishwasher size. They had none to compare with standard size. Lots regular size, 24", but not many in stocks. Had to order if interested and not sure when product would arrive.

For years I've purchased all my appliance thru Filco, but this last visit is proving to be a real nose bleed. Looking to replace my GE profile Microwave same model and number. They ordered the wrong one. I caught the mistake and called right away and the sales person said he would check the warehouse and call back. That was a week ago. You can have the best prices but if there is no service anymore....well, it doesn't bode well now does it. After 5 weeks I should have the product I prepaid for.

Went to Filco today to look at new kitchen appliances and counter tops. Saw staff at desks. No other customer there. I walked around different areas. No one came to ask if I needed assistance. No hello or welcome. So, I left. Will look for company who wants my business.

I have been trying to order a Bosch dishwasher since November 2020. Went to Filco on Feb 13, 2021 and they said they could get it by March 1, 2021. Paid it in full...It didn't arrive and they never called to tell me when to expect.Called a few times and no response I understand that there is a pandemic, but at least let your customers know what the status is and return their phone calls. I did get a response today from them and learned that the Bosch keeps delaying, now until September, so was happy to get a couple of other options. I am going with the Kitchen Aid.

I walked in today fully prepared to purchase a new Thermador double oven. $6000 - 8000. I was totally ignored by everyone. ONE other customer that I could see. Not a hi, we’ll be with you in a minute, not anything. I purchased elsewhere - today - where they were willing to come to my house - today - and make sure my measurements were correct. Horrible service. I will not go back.

Talk about take your money and providing no support. I've spent 3 hours this afternoon trying to get installation manuals from over the phone, through, chat, now I'm driving over there because of the lack of online or phone support regarding such a simple matter. Awful Awful service when you do go in. They're definitely not investing in people and it shows.

We purchased a stove top range, a floor model and the salesman, David, said he would call us in a few days to have it ready. Crickets! No call and my husband called several times to get confirmation of the stove top being boxed and ready to go. No return calls and never had a follow up. Poor communication and we ended up having to go and get them to pack it and give it to us. They could have wrapped it up the first day we purchased. I was going to buy my hood range from them but after this, no way. We had to make a stop on our way out of town and had to wait for it to finally be packed up and now have to drive around with it in our car. Very frustrating.

Competitive pricing and honest sales people. They tell you like it is. The pandemic has done a number on the inventory availability. They have been a fixture to the greater part of Sacramento. I hope the manufacturer supply chain picks up again soon.
