On my last few visits, I noticed the freezers were out of order. Is there any chance they might get fixed?

Their pharmacy claims they are open until 10:00 pm. They are not. Twice I have been here before 9 and they have been closed. Twice I have suggested that they update Google business to reflect these hours and they still don't change it. Waisted my time twice coming up here. Poor management

This store is clean and very well stocked. Friendly employees and great management! I had aam issue with a Western Union...Maaaaan. Never argue with cashier Olga! I felt 2 inches tall while she was not only correct about my wire transfer but she was gracious & kind throughout- even tho I was not. EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS!

We came in today to get a specific ice cream flavor. When asking cashier older lady at the front says “if it’s not on the floor we don’t have it” We look beyond the racks and see it is in back stock in the freezer literally right in front but the shelves aren’t stocked. We tell the cashier there IS some and she says “I can’t leave the register I’ll call someone” And then goes to say in the walkie “Hey SOME GUY wants this ice cream”. Finally some older lady with pixie cut dirty blonde hair comes over and as she goes in the freezer she’s yelling at us “WHERE IS IT WHERE IS IT ?!” We point at it and she says “ I GOTTA MOVE ALL THIS!” pointing to the flavors on top. We are literally shocked by her response and say “Well do you not wanna do that?” I mean seriously 😒 . This IS YOUR JOB LADY. Being disrespectful yelling at us and making it clear she’s annoyed and we decide to just leave. I have never interacted with such LAZY, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. Hope they get customers who will give them a hard time they deserve it.

I love the evening crew at rite aid it is a young gentleman and a stern but easily approachable Hawaiian looking store manager. I had a situation wich could have been very inconvenient or easy as pie. Well the checker used his best discretion and I was so very pleased to see that his manager and him worked effortless my together making the lines disappear and keeping the store clean and we'll stocked. Ultimately making my day better with more time for my family in these hectic schedules that is a true value thank you for having at least some strong crew members

Highly disappointed in this store. I came out of my way to get thriftys ice cream for my kid and nephew. We walk up to the counter and the cashier says it will be 10-20 min because her manager left and she is the only one in the store. Mind you there was only one person in line when we walked in. She basically told me she cant leave the register and we have to wait.... like we arent paying customers.. rite aid please do better. Many people come for this ice cream counter and we shouldn't have to wait 10-20 min for a scoop of ice cream.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 years and am very happy. Customer service is great. I am taking a number of medications and the pharmacists know what they are doing. If you have any questions they will try to help. 99% of the time you get what you need. For that 1% no one is perfect. This is the place to go for your health care needs.

I left a small cooler with some old clothes in it I found in a dumpster and can you believe the Hindu who answered actually lied and told me it wasn't there and that she could see it. Either she lied cuz she wanted to steal it or was just too lazy to go look. Regardless, I went back and got it 5 mins.later. Lazy, liars for workers I am sorry to report.

-Customer service is mostly always kind and willing to help. -Pharmacy is no longer accepting my insurance which is very unfortunate. -Very clean store. -Good deals with points. -NO carts which is horrible. Because of this, they are limiting people to whatever they can carry which is idiotic. Bad on the marketing side of business. ( should be fixed asap. Can even add poles to the carts so they don't get taken outside if that is what they are concerned about.) -Usually empty sanitizer wipes. (Probably since there are no carts) -You will usually encounter homeless here. - This place is a hot spot for shoplifting. Beware if those jerks.

The security guard seems to follow you which makes us feel very uncomfortable like we're being judged. Also I tried to return a couple items and they seem to never have any gift cards. I've been there 5/6 times to check if they gave giftcards yet. And so far they don't. I don't know what to make if this.
