Went in to this store to show them my receipt after being charged wrong. In which the lady that charged me did not give me the discount. After waiting in line, the lady told me to wait on the side--in a rude manner-- so that she can help the other customers. She seemed as if she did not want to deal with me after I was nice to her. I got really upset. The only thing that the lady told me was that she could not do anything about it because the product I bought was already reduced by a lot. I did not understand due to the fact that THE STORE had the promotion of an extra 50% off. I told her that the store had the extra 50% off on top from the clearance. I had the receipt and other products I bought did have the 50% off. I left really disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Sally Beauty Store. I. Called ahead of time to check if they had a specific color for hair dye, they said yes and that they would put 3 away for me. When we got there, not only were they rude to my daughter, assuming she was going to shop lift but the they didn't even have the color I had called ahead of time. The two Hispanic ladies were absolutely rude and were laughing thinking that i didn't understand spanish which i did. Never going back there again.

this is the absolutely worst sally's ever!! the staff is ”friendly” by hovering over your shoulder restocking items in your face and pulling up a chair while you attempt to look for what you need absolutely rude to assume everyone is going to steal.
