Horrible service and complete disregard for the clients. This is more of a storage hub for Amazon than an excluded market. It use to love coming here. They had a place inside where you could sit down and consume your meal. Now the food is made with the cheapest ingredients and they send you outside to eat in a fly infested areas in the heat. I’m disgusted and it’s very sad. I hope Amazon gets replaced by a more ethical competitor

I purchased the 12 combo. Sweet and sour wings and broccoli bacon crunch and egg salad. The only thing edible was the egg salad after I doctored it with a bit of salt and pepper. Wings felt boiled and BLAND. Broccoli salad was also bland. I couldn’t finish it. The worse part, went out to the eating area and there was trash overflowing the baskets. Furthermore, I couldn’t finish my lunch because of the amount of flies in the dining area. Sign that they need to clean the area more frequently. I was surprised because the one I go at home in North Miami It is impeccable and the food tastes and smells so much better. Ill try this San Diego again, but if I encounter the same thing I will definitely ask for a refund and talk to the store manager. Next time I will take a pic for prove.

The best vegetable and fruit and holistic market in the US. Whenever I am visiting I always go do my shopping from there. Have my immunity shots and get organic produce and vegan treats. Also there is a salad bar, a soup bar, and they offer warm food. Definitely needs a visit.

Called 4 times about getting the crab stuffed salmon, which I'm 100% confident has been offered by Whole Foods for the last several years, from this location. They claimed that that they don't have it and don't do it. Which is false. I guess we've always been at war with Eurasia. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told that he had already left for the day, it's 11:00 a.m. on a Friday. The staff I've spoken to act inconvenience by speaking to customers. Sorry man, I don't even want to talk to you, I'd rather do it all online, and the new normal after COVID seems to be apathetic staff abusing customers as a normal course of business. EDIT: I was able to reach a manager who explained to me that this is a seasonal item, and that I'm not crazy, it does exist.

That JUICE BAR it's a hit or miss but mostly a miss because in the space of about 2 months, there have been 4-5 times when that area was unexpectedly CLOSED! And the reasons vary, but For those of us who go there mostly for the juice, it's a waste of time...not to mention the bummer when we're counting on getting those nutrients....lol! But yes, it seems like things ran better when they had the juice bar by the entrance. It seems like somebody was always there, not to mention, the process was way more hygienic, from not having to touch door handles to get back and forth from the room where the veggies are kept.

I love coming to this store for groceries, specially my produce items. I always look for Erick in the produce department, he helps me hand pick the best fruits and veggies to take home to my family. I also recommend the orange juice, it’s a bit pricy but well worth it, tastes super fresh!

Parking was a challenge for me in the beginning of shopping at this location (the amount of parking spots available increased when they removed a couple storage containers). There is parking available above the store and metered street parking. Aside from all the whole food product options we really like the water dispenser that is located in the gated seating outside of the store. Customer service has been great whether it’s checking out or needing assistance finding something.

Guess Fridays are grumpy days. Deli staff acted like a custom sandwich was too hard to comprehend but priced my sandwich at $1 so thanks! Juice bar had a sign up like they were closed cause they were busy prepping. When I asked for clarification they just reply this is the juice bar. Well duh. Otherwise have enjoyed the bakery and fresh juice bar options. Delicious Key Lime Pie and Fruit Tart. Affordable juice bar. Sushi is not good but that’s expected for grocery store IMO.

Nice, clean, great selection of items. I used to live nearby 3 years ago, and prices seem to be more reasonable now, considering quality you are getting. Glad that hot and salad bars are back, and sushi selection is amazing now. Did I mention sweets? 😁 Additional parking is on the roof. People should stop complaining about it.

Parking on ground level is limited, more space on the roof. Clean, organized space with many vegetarian products that are hard to find at other groceries. We purchased Not Milk, Louisville Vegan Jerky, Lily's no-sugar chocolate bars, and chocolate covered caramels, fish-free tuna among other things. Wrapped meatless sandwiches, veggie pies, and pizza are also an option - I think I saw chairs and a bar upstairs parking lot for eating your food. Make sure to use your Prime app. Some products display 2 levels of discount, to use the second level you have to open Prime app, generate a barcode under "in-store code", and scan that at checkout. You also get 5% cash back with your Amazon Prime credit card. Some prices are still high though. Small pesto is high enough that we prefer to get a bigger jar at Costco. Some products are local (select beers and snacks), and some coffee beans have actual roast date on them. Good place overall.
