Came in on Monday December 20th 2021at 8:30pm, the 2 guys behind the counter have terrible customer service. I placed my order with the guy wearing beanie, he charged me and started making pizza without washing hands, so unsanitary specially during covid. Never coming back to this location. Beware.

I love Papa Johns pizza! This is my location I've been using for many years now and I've never had a bad experience. The boss is very personable and makes sure your food is satisfactory.

I was calling In for a home delivery and the person that answered the phone gave really bad attitude, to be a very famous pizza place they need to hire more friendly staff , guy that answered phone said “this is Sherman oaks you need to call your van nuys store “ if you google papa Johns it clearly said this store was the van nuys store location.. anyways guy was very rude on telling to call the other store please change your staff and get more friendly staff by the way this was today 09/25/21 at 7:30 pm

I ordered buffalo wings and I got barbecue wings. They say they check the food but do they really. I didn’t know papa johns doesn’t know the difference between buffalo and barbecue. I recommend Domino’s pizza because I have never gotten a wrong order from them. I wish they would really check the food.

I ordered pepperoni with my cheese pizza but it didn't have pepperoni. I recommend everybody to check your pizza when they give it to you by opening the box in front of them. So that way you're not surprised that they got your order wrong once you get home.

The people who work there are really nice. But... we ordered two pizzas: a meaty one and a veggie one. The veggie pizza was a mess, the topping were patchy, it had bold spots, and puddles of grease. So of you are ordering, order the meaty pizza, do not order any vegetables.

I have ordered 2 times from this location and both times I had a great experience. I usually do not eat bread or cheese because they make me bloat. I ate 3 slices of their pizza and all was good! No bloating and no indigestion. Highly recommended.
