Great service! I rent from this location for many years and overall we're very happy with the provided service. My last reservation was only for a day and being caught in LA traffic I thought I'll never make it on time, I was extremely pleased to find the gate and they're office open about three minutes after closure. Thank you for the extra effort!!!

Worked many times with this Enterprise and have never been treated this way. Talked to the employee “Cindy” on the phone about using my temporary Drivers License since I lost mine during my car accident. She puts me on hold to confirm with the manager. Then explains that the manager said it’s okay and to come down for the rental. Walked 5 miles to the location only to be told by the Maxime “no you’re wrong she didn’t say that” no accountability what so ever. I explained she shouldn’t telling customers the wrong information and he said “you’re a grown man you should have had your license replaced” I explained to Maxime my accident was a couple days ago and he shouldn’t be talking to customers that way. Maxime and I then get into a verbal altercation which led him to physically pushing me out of the door. I recorded the altercation to keep myself to have proof of his actions. I tell him to make it right and give me a ride back home or call an Uber which he refused until I started recording him. I called corporate and the regional manager to keep this on record. Also filled out a police report. I’m not sure if he had a bad day, but treating a customer with that much disrespect and not owning up to a mistake is very poor customer service. Telling your customers “grow up” and “too bad” is a great way to talk to customers. The only thing that made me chuckle was seeing him shaking and refusing to give me his name knowing he messed up. Corporate escalation department then made him Uber me back home.

Hands down the best Enterprise I’ve ever been. Everyone is so nice, efficient, and they really care about their customers. Shout out to Josh, Chad & the whole team for making renting a car actually a very pleasant experience. Until next time!

This place is so great! Brett was very kind and accommodating to help with the rental. My positive experience despite the waiting was all due to his awesome service! The manger Max is also swift and great at follow through, I would definitely go back, highly recommend this rental place!! Feedback: please have reserved vehicles available and ready. Some ppl do not want European vehicle upgrade, nor a larger car that is harder to parallel park or drive /concerned with damage fees. Thanks :)

I returned a vehicle to this location today and realized a few hours later that I had left my garage remotes in the rental car. I went back to retrieve my remotes but the vehicle had already been rented to another person. Gus was kind enough to try to contact this other person, but unfortunately only got his voicemail. He left a message. I crossed my fingers and waited, hoping the guy would be close by and I could retrieve my remotes and head home (an hour away). Another associate, Max, saw me waiting, and also called the other renter. Luckily, the guy picked up and confirmed that the remotes were in the vehicle. I offered to drive to where he was to get them, but because of privacy rights, Max volunteered to go instead. This was above and beyond what I expected and the best display of customer service, especially on a very busy Friday afternoon! I just want to thank Gus and especially Max for truly going out of their way to help me out! I really appreciate how wonderful they are!!

The Nissan dealership needed my car for about a week so they sent me over to Enterprise to get a vehicle at their cost. When I returned the vehicle it was a Saturday and Enterprise was closed for the day. I was told by a Nissan employee to leave it with them and they would take car of it on Monday. A couple days later I see a charge from Enterprise for $108. Long story short, I called to inquire, they explained the charge, I explained to them that I was unaware of the situation and they were able issue me a refund. I really appreciate that because I honesty was unaware and they took care of it. Im an advocate for good customer service and that's exactly what I get from Enterprise that day! Shout out to Matt and Brett!! You guys are great, thanks again!!

These guys at this Enterprise location went above and beyond. First they picked me up. Then they gave me an upgrade at a reduced charge. The agents were super friendly! Vehicle was in great condition. Returning the car was easy and I was given another ride to pick up my car. Great service!
