Luz is incredible. She is always super friendly and kind. She knows what she is doing and knows her products. I am so happy with her service. I go once a month, if I could I would go twice a month because she does an amazing job and I feel so flawless every time I get my facials with her. Thank you Luz, I truly appreciate you!

I had two services, a 60 minute massage with Marcia and a 60 minute facial with Jasmine. Start to finish it was a wonderful experience! Can’t wait till the next. I love when I make good decisions like my ME membership!! Yay me!! Editing to include the young lady at the front desk, super nice and very attentive and answered all my questions. She checked me in and out. I wish I could remember her name. I apologize about that. Also I called that morning and was in by noon for both services!! A perfect self care day.

The massage was medium to firm and she got straight to my tight muscles. Some areas hurt more then others and she eased up on the pressure. I only wish I had 90 minutes with her instead of 60. Her style was quick and straight to the point. I am definitely looking forward to getting another massage by her. I have enjoyed all my massages at massage envy but right now my go to person is Nanci. If you are looking for a firm massage that can also be enjoyable, try Nanci.

Jazmin was knowledgeable about skincare and always let me know what each step was during my facial. Additionally, as someone who is disabled, Jazmin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable- even allowing me to stay in my wheelchair that reclines while I had my facial. This made me feel much more relaxed as I didn’t need assistance to transfer and was able to feel comfortable. I enjoyed every moment of my treatment. I can’t wait to get another facial!

Yesterdays experience was definitely a thumbs down.The establishment is well kept, and customer service was so so. My massage felt rushed and didn't cover my problem areas. There were times during the massage that the therapist was either falling asleep or was on her phone because she would literally just stop massaging. Front desk. When checking out they harass you to buy a package and when you refuse they get a little attitude. Overall I wouldn't recommend or go back.

Medicore experience compared to my typical location. Waitingroom was bright with a faux fireplace. The room I was in was partitioned. The masseuse didn't really lower the lights or her voice durning the massage so the atmosphere was not as relaxing as I anticipated. The massage itself went fine. No check in after the massage from the masseuse, just walk yourself to the front.

Elly is such an amazing masseuse! She is so very personable and attentive to my needs and what I need her to work on. I felt very comfortable with her since my first visit with her a year or so ago! She always works on my “troubled spots” on my body and after each visit- I walk out feeling so much better! Elly is simply the best!
