I was greeted by Andrew ! And I must say I can’t begin to describe the help that I received!! I came for one thing and left with nine items lol. I needed help and he did just that. Walking me through the store while having the patients of a saint ! I’m excited to try my new items he explained things to me so well and so friendly ! I felt like I was shopping with a friend ! I just had a horrible experience. An employee accused myself and my sister of stealing, I have never been so humiliated in my life. This is my local ulta and I never imagined I’d be treated that way.

A few weeks ago I came in to look for a moisturizing foundation. Shelby assisted me with finding one and she was great! She really took her time to find a foundation to match my skin complexion. I have a weird undertone color so I really appreciated the time and effort she took. This was my first time having a very friendly interaction with an Ulta employee so I was completely shocked with the interaction I had with Shelby. Thank you!!

My favorite hairstylist is on this location’s, Amanda she specialist basically In everything lol. But I’ll see her for my curly hair, ladies with curls go see her, you won’t be disappointed she will listen to your needs, she will explain everything she doing to your curls. She amazing 🤩💕

Store is beautiful and super spotless help so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you it was my second trip cant wait for next booked hair appointment for my birthday plus I’ll get my free birthday gift which I know is a fabulous and expensive face serum Shelby is great but in all fairness they all are even Alex the manager let you know about my hair I’m getting Carmel highlights and the price was quite reasonable I wish I tried them sooner I tried another hairdresser she did a horrible job and was expensive

Every time I visit this location, I have nothing but great experiences. I especially love getting my hair done by stylist Lyndsay. She does a wonderful job on my hair and treats me great.

Great store , great selection of fragrances !! Must check out the men’s selection , Staff can Be Extremely Pushy & Management Always Thinks Someone Is Stealing . You will get followed your whole time there . I hate how when you walk into the store everyone gives you an attitude like you owe them something . Also a customer made a racist comment to a staff members there and management didn’t do anything about the employee but removed them from the premises. Which means they took the customers side and condone racism in this establishment if you don’t look like you have money don’t go into this place because they are big on profiling customers ! Check out Amanda & Tiara In The Salon (Not Ulta Employees ) but great hairstylists and very friendly !!!
