We always have problems at this branch. Today we waited in line to make a deposit and when we finally got to the window, we were told that it was too late and that they were closed. The teller said this, while still at his station in the drive through. This branch has horrible work ethic. Always choose another branch if possible.

This is the worse branch due to Richard araluce, assistant store manager and teller manager Mario m Milan. They did not allow me to with draw from my account because my is was bent. Called corporate they advised to visit other branch and they resolved my withdraw... These two guys do not deserve to work for Ted bank. I love the bank and have never had issue but these two uncrupulos employees are defaming the bank prestige

Went in to open a business account, since they had the best terms in South Florida for small businesses as of 04/2018. I was greeted at the door and helped by Richard after a 10-15 minute wait. Richard opened the account and set me up with a debit card/pin and online banking - all in about 15 minutes. This process compared favorable against other places I bank at ( BoA, WF, and Citi).

Instead of calling their 1800 number I come here whenever I need help. They always resolve everything for me. And the manager is very friendly. This bank is simple, without unnecessary fees and they have a no-overdraft feature for your debit card, wow!! They are open more days and longer hours than typical banks which makes it "convenient". 🙂
