When she found out that I was in a time crunch, Sam set everything aside to work on my loan. I had inquired about interest rates with several lenders and she, by far, offered me the best rate. Then, when I arrived to sign the paperwork, she surprised me with an even lower interest rate when I signed up for payroll deduction. She never made me feel like a burden and I enjoyed my interactions with her. I only regret not posting this review sooner!
