Please dont never go to this bank, theres 6-7 people working doing nothing , after sitting for 20 minutes they told me to comeback 3 hours later for a appointment because theres was nobody available, bank was empty , servide is horrible, I ended up going to another bank to open a business account

This is probably the worst Wells Fargo in Miami. The service is abysmal, and the atm machine is always broken. There’s only one machine outside and they never fix it causing a huge line.

Horrible experience with Wells Fargo lately. Worst one yet was with Camilo called in asking if I could have a check cashed from a loan for a apartment deposit and he had confirmed to me based on my information. Then Wells Fargo location said it was not able to make exception because I did not have 3,000 in my account. Wasted my time and was late to work dealing. It was disrespectful I would have done the online mobile deposit and not wasted my my time.

Girls in the front dresk were really nice , but one of the personal bankers named Lisette Arango was really rude . We got there 20 minutes before and it seems she was in a hurry giving us a really bad attitude as well as asking questions that i dont think were necessary ( immigration) knowing we were opening an account there. i have seen this place have really bad reviews . choose another location !!!

The store manager maria, rivas. She think she is the owner of the bank very cruel and rude. Well fargo need to better qualify his employer .she dont care the need of the customer. Well fargo please please please give to your employee customer services classs. Outside of the street people need jobs wonderful people.

New Analysts and Cashiers are gentle and efficient, but Seniors in this office need to learn how to attend customers, mostly when having big issues or transactions to check, try to avoid this office if you are looking for solutions!!!

It is concentrated in the word courtesy.’ Today we call it ‘service.’” This Branch Has Horrible Service! Specially during lunch hours. Plenty of individuals to provide support however after maybe 10-15 minutes of waiting in line someone will address you and advise that they will be right with you.
