Today I went to this BJs club and got excellent service from Samantha who helped me with my water purchase that was a great deal and allowed me to get great price at the pump. The club by my house did not have the qualifying water but this one did and she helped me so I saved a lot. I am very happy. Keep up the good work and pass my comment along to Samantha a great employee.

This is my go to place for milk, eggs, bacon, seltzer and laundry detergent. One isle of produce and a decent selection. Lines can get long during lunch or rush hour but it’s self checkout so you can get things moving once you are at the register.

I love to shop at BJ. However, there was an AT&T sell representative today that was really disturbing BJs shoppers. He was making bad jokes and even yelling at customers, just because they dont stop for his pitch. I have a believe that you dont need to hassle people to sell anything. It's been a long time since we've been a member of BJ's, but when I saw a Groupon for a year of their Inner Circle Membership for $20 (normally $55/year), I jumped on it! Not to mention, this location is literally 10 minutes from my house. We arrived at the store, and went to the Customer Service desk to claim our membership via the Groupon voucher. The employee who assisted us was super friendly and professional. We were able to add my hubby to the membership at no extra charge! She processed the new membership in less than 10 minutes, gave us our Welcome Packet, and we went into the club to browse. The club itself is well maintained and enormous! The merchandise is in stock and the prices are great! For example, we purchased a 72-count box of Dunkin Donuts coffee k-cups for $38.49, and 36-pack of Diet Pepsi cans for $12.99! When we were ready to check out, there were self-checkout lanes, and since we only had two items, opted to use it. An employee came over stating she saw our Welcome Packet and wanted to make sure we found all we needed and if we had a good experience. That was a nice touch! Overall, this is a great location. The parking is ample, the employees are friendly, the inventory is large, and the prices are great! I will definitely be back for more good deals!

Get the app and use Express Pay to skip the checkout line. The line was almost all the way to the back of the store. I used the app and skipped past ~20 people who were waiting. Avoid the Deli! I showed up and there were two people working, two customers being served and three more of us waiting. Then a 3rd person started working but only doing grab-and-go packaging, not waiting on customers. After standing around (they weren't using the numbered tickets, so you had to stand there in line) I gave up and did the rest of my shopping. I circled back and found that the line hadn't moved but now there was only ONE person waiting on customers. The "order ahead from deli" feature in the app was disabled. Literally, I spent more time waiting at the deli and NOT GETTING SERVED than I did for all the rest of my shopping.

I had tire service done at the tire department for BJ’s in Parkland. Wayne the manager at the tire department took care of my Cadillac tires. Had issues on the wear of the tires. Great customer service..Highly recommend BJ Parkland tire department.

This store needs to do a better job at getting rid of expired items. There have been several occasions where I've purchased items for store pick up and they were expired or close to being expired. I no longer do store pick up. Yesterday, my husband went to the store and noticed yogurt that had an expiration date of July 15, and not just one case, but multiple cases (We are almost in September how disgusting). My husband was able to point it out to a nearby associate. Moreover, store pick up was fast, and I like shopping at this location

Scanners are missing from most registers, so you have to lift heavy items and hope the fixed scanner reads them. Normally takes 3 or 4 passes to register. Cash registers are often broken or require frequent calling of reluctant staff to type in code, so you can continue. Been like this for years. Products are often expired or out of stock, so be careful. They've now started asking for membership as you walk in, which is a ridiculous waste of time & annoying. Costco is way better but location not as convenient.

BJs is a fantastic grocery Store/membership club. The food selection is amazing. The wine selection is great. Everything is fresh and a good deal. And you dont have to buy giant amounts of things to get a good deal. They always have lots of organic choices as well. The meat department and fresh bakery is great Also! It is definitely worth becoming a member. I highly recommend it!
