This is a relatively large A&F store. The environment is great. But the prices are more expensive given that many items are actually on sale online. They have very limited items on sale.

Visited this store in the evening on 12/1/2020 and every single sales associate my bf and I talked to was so sweet and helpful. We were greeted when we walked in and said goodbye to as we left. They pointed out outfits that matched what we were looking for and were just overall pleasant to talk to. Thank you for helping us out!

They don’t know what they put in the clearance section, I took a nice shirt and at the time of checking out they told me it was not on clearance.

My family and I visited the 11938 store on yesterday, and I must say it was the best customer experience we've seen! Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by Ryan the sales associate, styled by Josh the keyholder, and rung up by Janae the shift Manager. It was really great to still see the love and care in this world!! I can definitely say we will be coming back to visit more often! Keep up the awesome work store 11938. You made our day.
