I wanted to get a safety deposit box, so I called and was informed that I can get a safety deposit box even if I do not have an account with the bank, so I scheduled an appointment and met with Armando at the bank, he could not complete the process as my ID was expired and asked me to get a valid ID, Armando scheduled an appointment for me next day and I visited the bank next day with a valid ID and was informed that I cannot get a safety deposit box if I don't have an account with the bank. If that is the case then why did they not tell me that on the phone itself and asked me to come next day with valid ID. They waited my two days. Very disappointed.

We've been banking at this branch since moving nearby in 2008. We've always had very good, polite, and timely service. Anne, the Branch Manager, is an exceptional good person and manager. The branch staff are impressively diverse, professional, courteous, and competent. Also feel very welcome and at home here. (updated 9 August 2022)

Went into the branch to have something done. Signed what paperwork was needed and left. A week later I discover nothing has been done with my request and no one answers the phone at the branch.

My go-to branch as the service especially during C-19 is on point. The precautionary measures for both customers & employees are admirable. There's an occupancy limit so a small wait may be required in your vehicle until your appointment. Ms. Erica, the Branch Manager welcomes customers while getting them checked in for their banking needs as she oversees/assists the employees in various departments. There's a dedicated Teller for business transactions. The space is clean & sanitizing takes place repeatedly. Although the entrance sign says Walk-Up ATM, a Drive-Thru ATM is available as well. Caution when exiting as its a right turn only onto N. Druid Hills, yet some people try the opposite nonetheless.

Horrible operations. I rarely come here, except to make deposits for my company. When I work this area. Every single time Ive had to come here its taken at min 45 mins to be serviced! This is not an exaggeration! Im in line now. I arrived here at 1:50pm. There is one cashier. 3 people ahead me and about 10 inline outside behind me. This is piss poor management

The customer service in this bank is non existent. And the wait is to long. So update unfortunately I have no choice but to use bank of america for my client so I go back today the line is outside and there is only one teller please explain to me how this makes any sense and why is every other bank of america closed in a five mile radius of this one. And no I will not reach out to you all just fix the problem.

Every time I go through this bank, the drive-through is shut down. I’m handicapped, so it makes it harder for me to get in and out of my car. Still, I have to go to this bank. As I walked in this time, there were two people greeting at the front door. I have an idea. Put one or both of those people at the window and then you won’t have to sort the huge indoor crowd. When I got to the teller, I asked her why they never had anybody in the window and she said they only have people staffing it from noon to three.” I looked down at my phone and it was 1245. She said “well, sometimes, they don’t have enough staff to work.”

Very slow. Having only one drive theough lane open. Having one person dedicated at door to greet people, and only one teller at the window. They know their problem handling customers, but not will rearrange or hire more resources to make visit great experience. A typical big name bank... 12/12/2016 - this place is STILL poorly staffed. No drive up open, Two tellers at windows, one sitting staring at a monitor doing nothing, 8 people standing in line, 6 people sitting in lounge chatting loudly, one customer is working on ATM... Can't beat the location (guarantee business / traffic), though.

Incorect information was given to me by a bank representative in a 45 minute meeting. I was told I could redeem awards points for cash and was told the amount I would receive. The amount that was actually credited to my account was several hundred dollars less than the bank representative said I would get. Also, the bank representative said I should open a new credit card account to get more points in the future. I did that. Later I checked with the branch office I usually use. My usual branchg told me that the new card was exactly the same as the old one and that I should cancel the new card. Perhaps the bank rep at 30329 received a recognition or bonus of some type for setting up a new credit card account. In all, the 30329 rep sounded like he knew what he was doing but he gave me wrong information and wrong advice.

Worst bank branch I have ever used. I waited for over 45 minutes just for them to get me an official document stating the wire instructions for the account. They wound up giving me instructions for ACH transfers instead, despite saying I needed one for wire transfers on multiple occasions. My experience at this branch has me tempted to switch away from using BoA the service was so abysmally, horribly bad.
