AWFUL. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!!!! Poor customer service, awful communications, and horrible reservations. I had a saved reservation for Monday (told them I would not be able to get the rental until Friday, came to pick up the car on Friday, and they gave me the run around. Told me they didn’t see my reservation, didn’t see my claim number, couldn’t even pronounce my last name. I STRONGLY recommend you seek service ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

I guess 0 stars is not a option. Do not rent a car from this location! I was provided a rental from this location because of a accident that wasn’t my fault but the other drivers fault. I turned the rental vehicle in on a Sunday and they were closed. They called me the next week claiming all of this damage was done to the vehicle and sent me a bill for $3500. The mistake I made was turning the vehicle in without a enterprise employee looking over the vehicle to say that everything was ok. They probably get customers like this all the time claiming they damaged a vehicle so it can be a claim on their insurance. The funny part about this is before they let me know the rental so called had damages they called me and asked me to give them a 5 star review. I will never rent from a enterprise again!

Scheduled my pick up a week in advance and on the day I was set to pick up..... called and told me no vehicle available. Forced them to find one and then got billed higher rate because of their mistake. Don't use them

Extremely horrible service! I was in an accident at 8am in the morning. My insurance company set me up with this location, they first tried to pass me and my wife on to another location, but after getting ignored by the other location, they were forced to do their job. By the time they picked us up it was almost closing time! When we get there we see a lot full of cars but they told us all they had was a vehicle we had to pay additional money for. When we tried to explain the situation, especially the fact that we were from Alabama, we just got into a bad car accident, I was still a bit confused because of the concussion. They still seemed like they didn’t care, essentially telling my wife and I either we take the truck and have to pay the extra money or be stranded in Villa Rica, GA after traveling on the Red Eye to get back to my students for finals, or be stranded! This is sad and upsetting that a company or even a group of people employed by this company show such cold hearted actions. This isn’t the customer service I expect after suffering such a traumatic experience in which my wife and I suffered injuries and then be forced to pay out of pocket extra! I will forever take my personal and companies business to someone else if this is what we can expect from Enterprise!

We experienced an car accident on the highway and have rental-car coverage through our insurance. It took over 5 hours before we were picked up in a rental. Once we were picked up, we were told that they only had cars above what our daily insurance amount was and had to pay the difference and rushed out. We were not given a chance to use a vehicle within our price point and were given the run around every time we tried to swap it for one within the daily insurance budget. I would absolutely not recommend utilizing their services

Called about renting a truck while mine was in the shop to be repaired was told it would be 50 bucks i was cool with that then get there and now it's 100 no I don't think so they need to get it right

Anthony and Milan provided Amazing Customer Service. I was greeted with a Smile!!! Their Professionalism as they reviewed the contract with me was Impeccable. I received the same level of service as I returned the car. I will favor this location for all my car rental needs. If you want Amazing and Caring Customer Service use this location. I must say I've had a wonderful experience with the Enterprise in Villa Rica, Ga. Milan and Anthony are amazing people with outstanding customer service. They got me the best deal and rate. I'm beyond happy with my choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They make a great team and they work really hard for their customers! Outstanding!!!!!

The employees were very friendly. I had reserved a car 5 days prior. But on the day I arrived for my reservation they only had three cars on hand for rental. Anthony explained to me he did his best to locate a car on an early Monday morning pickup. The car i received was reliable. Not pretty to look at and smelled terrible. Like that scent of trying to hide a smell of cigarettes. It got it in my hair and clothes. There was small black damage on the drivers side lower door. Nothing else available so no room to complain or reject. Rating two stars for the two friendly employees.

Had to rent a car through my insurance company after someone crashed my bumper in a parking lot. Highly recommend Enterprise in Villa Rica. Not only did I get a great NEW car for four days, the staff, particularly Anthony, are super caring, professional, and overall great to deal with. Not my first experience with this location and definitely not my last, except hopefully for only pleasure rentals in the future.
