Store is cool but one of the guys there rude as hell. Store would have got a 5 for cleanliness and young guy there very polite and helpful. You will know whom I'm talking about look for the angry face.

Never Received Online Order Ready Notification!! Called Store On 2nd Day Of Waiting & After Holding For 8 Minutes, I Was Told That The Order Was For Pickup ! Drove To Store Only To Find Out That Order Wasn't Ready & Manager Had LIED On Phone !! Manager Attempted To Give Me The Wrong Item & Have Sign For It ! No Way Will I Do Business With A Deceptive Person !! SAD That He's Allowed To Use ACE HARDWARE NAME !!

After searching around I found exactly what I needed,a torsion spring for my garage. Only thing is it was over priced. I checked online and at home depot as well Menard and it was priced between 60 qnd 75 dollars for two a left wound and a right wound I paid 60 plus for one at this location. That got me. But I needed it. Place was clean and staff was helpful and friendly but they got me.

This is a local, neighborhood, Ace hardware store that I frequent to get most of my small parts, screws and other sundry things from. The personnel are way above par in their customer service and acumen. They have answered every question that I've ever had. And satisfactorily, I must say! I rate it 5 stars in convenience (5 blocks from my house), customer service, it is well stocked (I've been able to walk in and find just what I needed) and the PRICE! I love this store!
