I would like to give 0 star if the system allows me to. The rep at this branch does not know anything they are taking about. Walked in only needing one pre paid number, convinced me to open a family plan that I don't need even though I told the rep explicitly that I'm an existing customer. Now I am paying for two more lines I don't use and no word about sim activation before I signed the contract?!! Bait and switch scam!!! They only care about their sales number, better call customer rep to confirm whatever they tell you

I have waited and been ignored for over 1 hour. One male employee just flirted for 30' with 2 female customers while keeping me waiting. As soon as the 2 females left, he clocked out! When I said I have been waiting for too long, he just told me to keep waiting for someone else to help me! Meanwhile, a bunch of employees congregated at the back of the store, while the few that worked were just taking ages to help technically challenged customers transfer their contacts. Meanwhile, anybody needing actual Tmobile help has to wait for hours. I've never been so ignored in my life.

The staff in this location are beyond amazing, they’ve been so helpful and prompt to resolve any issue I have had with my service etc!! Michael Is my superstar expert technician. he’s so amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus that shining welcoming smile on his face!!, He never disappoints! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend T. Mobile to family and friends.

I have been to this location 3 times in as many weeks to upgrade phones. The customer service team has been outstanding every time. They are able to manage long lines efficiently and with a smile. This store was the only store that was able to complete our upgrade correctly. Has off to this team!!!

Had a wonderful experience! After many, many years with Verizon we finally decided to check out a different provider! We should’ve done this years ago! Our monthly bill is much lower, got new phones, great customer service! Levi helped us out so much! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with! Will definitely recommend him to others!

These folks are awesome! Levi takes care of things and makes sure my account is what it needs to be. Very understanding with a personal touch that is hard to come by. Give him a little patience and he’s the guy you want to have take care of you. Remember during the last year things have been crazy for finding employees and they are understaffed. With that said Levi makes sure his customers are well received and leave with exceptions you will understand and are educated on.

Normally I would give T-Mobile a one star review, but this T-Mobile had a BIG difference: a serious, knowledgable, patient, kind, interested-in-your-problem person named TESS working there. She fixed my problem as if she were my long-lost genius sister dedicated only to helping me. I cannot guarantee that Tess will be this wonderful to you. I am really old, and maybe she just liked me a lot. Not sure, but she makes that store sparkle and fly!!!

Sophie and Tess were extremely helpful. They are always incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They worked with me for over an hour to help get me the best price on a phone plan. Being a broke college kid, it meant a lot. I recommend them to everyone in the area.

And wish I could give this store 0 stars!! An associate bypassed all security measures and policies (identification, notes, unpaid balance) and allowed a MAN (who is clearly NOT the account holder) to purchase a phone and add a line to my account fraudulently. Upon speaking with Tess she was absolutely no help at all!! As a matter of fact she defended this is fraudulent purchase and asked "what I wanted out of this?" SERIOUSLY??!! Tess if I didn't know any better...... He got someone's help from there and he ALWAYS speaks with management for that help..... HMMMM?! No thanx to you, Tess. Poor management, poor security levels takin and didn't offer ANYTHING... NOT EVEN IM SORRY this happened at our store! This should HAVE NEVER HAPPENED ! I've been with Sprint for 10yrs... and row ruined
