I would never have had a to reason to use their services, but my son forgot two very important items in a hotel room. The hotel was not very helpful, but Shipping Point was the saving grace. Jim and Christian were very kind and empathetic as well as professional. Now my son's items are on the way home finally, and I can't thank these gentlemen enough. It was a small thing to them, all in the line of duty I'm sure, but it means the world to us. Should you find yourself needing shipping related services I can't recommend them enough.

Top notch service! It was my first time there, so wasn't sure what to expect. They went above and beyond! I had to ship a package last minute for Christmas, but needed to tape the box. Went in to buy tape first. The young man at the counter told me I didn't have to buy tape if I didn't need to, they would be glad to close my package for me, free of charge. Also, they would provide free filler, if needed. He said, "we won't charge you like those 'other guys'." (Lol) (I bought the tape anyway for other things) When they weighed my box, they gave me all the shipping options, and explained all the differences. The Shipping Point will definitely be my new place for all my shipping needs!

Jim and his crew at The Shipping Point are the absolute best. Service is top-notch for business projects. And they are all about customer service. And comparing them to FedEx Kinkos, The Shipping Point reigns supreme. Better service. Better pricing. 5 Stars all the way. And their new location by the Home Depot and Target is super convenient with ample parking.
