Before and after my tax return was filed, any inquiries or concerns were immediately addressed with a thorough explanation. The staff and my tax professional's in depth knowledge and experience with filing tax returns has always had my confidence in knowing that no matter how complex my returns are, I've never had to rely on Peace of Mind.

I am so disappointed with this location I went to apply for my Emerald Advance Card like I do every year.Ive been doing this for years at this same location I got there I was stopped at the door by one of the employees I've never seen her before she was very rude her behavior was horrible. I got back in my car and I left I would never give anyone my business if they're going to be so disrespectful!

Carolyn Jones has shown herself to quite knowledgeable in this field. we appreciate her accuracy and attentions to details. It's been a pleasure to last two years to have her as our expertise tax accountant. We have been clients for 29 years ,never had a problem always professionalism. We were concern when after 20 years with Barbara that the quality wouldn't be the same, however the next tax accountant from HR Block was just as good.

Donna Bell is excellent and very informative. Donna is patient and is willing to answer any and all questions about filling taxes and refunds. Donna Bell is why I continue to come and recommend family and friends to H & R Block Matteson, IL. Location. Also the receptionist that was in the office 2-1-21 at 9:00 am was a pleasure, I have been coming to H & R Block for years and she is the most pleasant receptionist ever.

I went in to apply for one of the loans, I am blessed to have a good paying job and go to school for my bachelors degree as soon as I went in the ladies were rude you can see that the lady didn’t want to help me by her body language we then proceeded to her desk before she took any of my information she looked at my last stub asked me how many kids I have and said I can tell you now you ain’t gone be approved my current job I have is remote due to COVID so I was out of work and just focused on school while my husband makes the money, she judged me asked about my credit which the system is to determine what I qualify for NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE JUDGING YOU DURING TIMES LIKE THIS GOD BLESS THAT WOMAN AND GOD DONT LIKE UGLY NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT PLACE OF BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM A SEASONAL WORKER!!!!

I come here for Donna Bell and her only! I wish that she was at a better location! I’ve been coming here for a little over three years and the experience with her is awesome! Unfortunately, some of the other ladies that are there walk around as though they are miserable with their lives and do not expect anyone to greet you when you come in... I walked in, looked two people in the face and said “good morning” and they looked at me as if they were trying to translate what I said, then proceeded to ask “well who are you here to see?” And so in. Just ghetto and rude.

I’ve been getting my taxes done at the location in Matteson for the past 10 years. I started out with Jan Griffin who retired. She was outstanding! After Jan left, Debbie did my taxes. This weekend Pandora did my taxes and she’s Amazing!
