My husband went in on a Saturday afternoon to get 2 prescriptions for me. One we had a call that was filled the other had been sent by the doctor at least 3 hours prior. There was a bit of a line but my husband waited over 50 minutes to get the prescriptions. One of the prescriptions ended up with twice the tablets in the bottle than it should have. Hmm. Seems like med errors aren't limited to nurses. Then I've been getting automatic pick up notices on the other prescription even though I have already picked it up!! This happens regularly with this pharmacy though, I will often get phone calls about refills that aren't authorized. It seems like this pharmacy is a mess.

I usually have a great experience with Amy at this location but today was not a good one. I went to pick up my prescription and a bald guy was working. When I walked up the the counter he automatically sighed when seeing I was there to pick up. I told him I have new insurance I needed help with and he didn’t even look at the information I had before saying he couldn’t do it. I proceeded to try to ask and he just kept saying he couldn’t. I think it’s kind of hard to know you can’t help me without even looking at the information I am trying to show you. He then proceeded to check me out without my insurance and I just gave up at that point with him and paid more than I should have for my medication. I will be changing pharmacies because I do not want to be treated that way when asking for help.

I have never been treated so nice at a pharmacy is this one. Aim’ee is just wonderful. She always goes the extra mile to help out and is always so very friendly and kind. Love her!

I went to this CVS for a shot, and best experience yet! The staff was friendly, and Amy, the pharmacist, was so sweet I just had to write a review. She made my day!! And when she gave me my shot, not only was it quick, but I didn’t even feel anything!!

Honestly the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff is incredibly caring and sweet! They make it very easy to talk to them and to express concerns. I personally usually don’t because I’m shy and introverted, but they made me so comfortable! Best ever!

I would like to personally give gratitude to all the wonderful pharmacist who work CVS. The most gracious, caring and Professional service I've ever received. Every time we come to this CVS, we have an issue. They lost my husband's refills and told us they couldn't do anything about it, they messed up my son's prescription for his autism meds, they have a very bad attitude and the pharmacist obviously hates her job, she never wants to do anything to help you, only if you insist that she does. We're changing to another CVS, because I LOVE CVS as a rule, but this one is ridiculously unprofessional.

My family has been using this Target pharmacy for years, and I was skeptical when I heard that they were going to be run by CVS, but they actually got even better. Great staff!

The staff at this pharmacy is incredible! I am not sure the name of the lady who normally helps us, but she always engages my toddler to make my transaction go a little smoother. I love that they keep stickers behind the counter for the little ones! My dr's office is horrible about keeping any sort of organization on refills, but the staff here always makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are ready. Not only are they great at customer service, but they are QUICK when it comes to filling a script, and if they are out for whatever reason, they immediately find a nearby CVS that is stocked with what I need. Great job!!

The Target commercials with very friendly and intelligent pharmacists seemed like a stretch of the imagination to me. But Lauren T. at this location deserves a commercial. I had to pick up a post-surgery combination of drugs and she did an excellent job (without my prompting) of explaining issues with each. Every time I went in for a refill, she made sure I remembered the issues. She's excellent.
