I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and EVERY time I have a refill they have faxed it to the wrong number, not followed up with Dr. office and delayed my prescription. When speaking with manager "G" I was told I "couldn't be upset with them. It was my Dr.'s fault." Prior to this call I sat with my Dr. in her office and she showed my the refill sent 2 days before. Very unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service. I gave them so many chances. I'm done. Answering machine hangs up before you can leave a complete message. I found my prescription at Stark Edler Apothecary for $60 less. ~Lisa

My meds are very cheap here. For people saying it takes forever and there is no one waiting, you need to understand the pharmacist is working on a ton of other prescriptions, following up with doctors, fixing their med errors that you don’t know about, and dealing with insurance. My issue is that I don’t understand their filling process. My dog’s vet called in 3 antibiotics yesterday morning. I called the pharmacy to make sure they received the prescriptions and they said they did. I specifically told them “take your time, I won’t be there until this evening”. I was not able to go until the next day at 3pm. Thank goodness I called first because I was told they were still not ready. I asked why, and was told they were filled at a “central location” and would be shipped to them by 6pm. I asked if it was because the medication was not in stock, and was told this is their process unless it’s a refill. This doesn’t makes sense to me. If you need an antibiotic dog or human, shouldn’t it be filled that day or at least some sort of communication with the customer? I just don’t understand their process. They should hand out some info as to how it works, because I’m perplexed. They probably are understaffed. Don’t blame the pharmacist. Blame the corporation. I’m a pharmacist and that’s why I don’t work retail. Now my poor puppy is still miserable. ~Amy

My husband went in on a Saturday afternoon to get 2 prescriptions for me. One we had a call that was filled the other had been sent by the doctor at least 3 hours prior. There was a bit of a line but my husband waited over 50 minutes to get the prescriptions. One of the prescriptions ended up with twice the tablets in the bottle than it should have. Hmm. Seems like med errors aren't limited to nurses. Then I've been getting automatic pick up notices on the other prescription even though I have already picked it up!! This happens regularly with this pharmacy though, I will often get phone calls about refills that aren't authorized. It seems like this pharmacy is a mess. ~Elizabeth

I was charged full price for a medication to help treat my symptoms of COVID even though they only had half of the supply in stock. They also refused to accept the GoodRx price. ~Amber

It was busy and I was having an issue at self checkout. Ella was fantastic. She was assisting another customer but acknowledged me and told me she be right with me and came over and fix the problem. Really great store there’s a lot of stuff that looks like it’s not coming in, but they keep the shelves full with what they can get and the employees are really helpful ~non
