I went into this store and was greeted enthusiastically and cordially. I had them answer some questions for me about both iPhone and MacBook Pro. My questions were answered fully and adequately. I was walked through increasing my iCloud storage in order to back my phone up to the cloud. We also looked at how much a new MacBook Pro with my desired specifications would be. That’s why I deducted a star, because the prices seemed astronomical, making it very difficult to upgrade my laptop. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro. It has gotten me a lot of mileage and helped produce some great music, but even after hours on the phone and in-store with Apple Support, it still runs very slowly and puts a dent in my effort to be creative and spontaneous. I hope I can save up the money to buy their new MacBook Pro, but that might not be for a while. In the meantime, I am stuck with a very slow computer and that is a challenge. ~David

clean.....fast check out but selection is dim....probably due to half the store being cut off....but great sock and purse collection...... infants section isn't worth going in I just bought the good 12 items they had for a baby shower today....... ~Ann

I absolutely LOVE this Burlington location. This location houses some great finds. The women's clothing department needs to be expanded but does have unique pieces. The shoe department at this location used to be well replenished with very nice styles but the quality and quantity has definitely changed. The accessory section also needs help in terms of replenishment and variety. This location has heavy four traffic so if you "see" something you have been seeking you must get it then, trying to return to purchase it later is not a great choice. For those of you who may not know, they also have "lay-away." Very ideal when needing and on a budget. They carry name brand colognes for men and women too. The Home Goods carried by this location is superb and has great finds that can also be placed in lay-away. This store tends to stay clean and shoppable, never messy, that's a plus. The check at process can be daunting at times from long lines but the unique and affordable finds will compel you to simply wait your turn. Burlington also has a loyalty program that will allow for a longer return/exchange time and that's a nice perk. When you do have the time, stop by from time to time as you will find something trendy, unique and different. ~Deatria

I haven’t been in this location since it was an Old Navy and I have to say that this is a great replacement for that store. It’s not the exact same merchandise it seems to be more of a fast fashion/H&M feel… But the price point is good and the selection is very open to many different styles which I really like. They even have quite a bit of home decor which is fun. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re visiting Chicago or if you live here and just want some unique clothing that won’t break your bank. ~Mike

These was a man there around 11:30 and he was very disrespectful he was rushing me and my family and we are kids and was talking about us under his breath but in the afternoon there is a different man and he is very respectful ~Kennedi

Staff is rude, but so are some customers that came in. If playing lottery they will turn off machine so you have to use the kiosk. Prices are high. Gas prices were reasonable. ~Shirley

It is an unfortunate that we have to deal with the psychological warfares of being mistreated, disrespected and denigrated as customers. Because of the attrition of black businesses we are forced to patronize their business. this systematic process seems to have no end. ~Willie
