I ordered online from here scents we've never purchased before and was unaware of the scents so we went to the fragrance counter before we got home and opened them..... and let's just say we added some new gems that we probably would have never gave a second thought.... I've never worn or even smelled coach before and after going to pick up the 2 for hubby John Varvatos and the Paco we ended up sampling and purchasing a coach for him and myself a fragrance we always just walked past. I appreciate the honest and very patient customer service we received here...... I defiantly will return and soon.... ~Jazmine

The person who checked me out was very nice, they were helping out im guessing a newer worker so they weren’t fully paying attention im guessing because I got double charged for an item. Disappointed I didn’t check my receipt until I got home because now I have to go back to the mall and hope that they’ll give me a refund for something I didn’t purchase. Otherwise that, every worker seemed nice and provided great service. Update: I came in and it wasn’t an issue at all for them to give me the refund, they were nice about it. I think all the workers seem very helpful and nice! ~kennedy

Lots of downsides. You choose, you look at the price, and at the checkout the price is completely different, 40% higher. There were 19 people in line at the checkout, it was 02.21.2022 at 04.00, 2 out of 4 checkouts are open. but the worst thing is that in other stores it’s even worse. ~Marat

Best shopping experience period. The staff at this WHBM have customer service down to a science! Everyone in the store is overjoyed to help you find what you're looking for and have a variety of tastes, all great! I never have to hold a garment for more than 2 minutes before they offer to add to my dressing room. If said garment needs to be tried on with another layer, what you need will be there when you go to try on :) Julie was a key player in helping me choose my new pieces this season, but everyone in the store was fantastic. I drive an hour to shop here each season, it's always more than worth it. Expectations exceeded every time <3 ~Kelsey

The Human Race store and staff were SUPER helpful at explaining things to me (I was new to all buying better shoes for my feet) and paired me with the perfect shoe for my half-marathon training. The fact alone that most of the time we wear shoes that are too small and for too long was extremely helpful to know. They were kind and it was worth the money for a good shoe that fits and supports the feet properly! ~Allison

Got new Red Wings boots. The best boots around. Has my last pair so long the finally fell apart. These will help metal shaving from burning my laces and from getting inside my boot. ~Roy

Great experience for my teenager although the line was out the door....lol. Once in the store, the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything about the bracelet and how to customize it. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Another great place to shop!
