The best corner store we could ask for. Not trying to throw shade but we walk past Shelby Mart the extra 3 blocks just for this place, they have double the selection and the same workers are always there and super nice. We come here almost every day. ~Richard

Didn't want a contract phone but that's what I ended up with. Salesman are just that. They don't hear what you say just what they want to sell you. Should have just stayed with cricket. It doubled what I was paying. You get caught up in the fast talk which can sick you into debt you can't afford. Like I said I should have stayed with cricket. ~Gina

Great customer service from the worker that was in there. I went pretty late in the day so there wasn't much traffic in there. The guy was super cool and we even had a nice little conversation while he was getting my things together. ~Tiffany

ASHLEY WAS AN ANGEL!!! SHE WAS PATIENT, KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING! I switched to Cricket from TMobile and I am glad I did it with Ashley's help. She had had a long day and there was a lot of people pouring in and she was able to help me and multiple families as they entered as well and kept the same awesome customer service with everyone! I have been a cricket customer for years and have always been satisfied with the rates and the service! I've needed a new phone for quite some time, but have been putting it off because of bad experiences in the past, but I couldn't put it off any longer. I went to the Cricket Maryville store and the gentleman that was working was the Greatest!!! He not only helped me in picking a phone for my specific needs, but he also took the time to set up my new phone (so I didn't loose Anything) all while helping other customers and answering the phone. His name is Rusty H. and he gave me the best experience I've ever had setting up a new phone. I don't know what he makes, but it's NOT enough. He deserves a Raise. Thank You so much. ~Paula

I had to stop here to purchase some oil for my car. It eats oil like I love cupcakes. The store was decent though. The Walmart employees greeted me and the auto department was fully stocked. Truly thankful for that. I came in on the right side of the store near the pharmacy but in order to check out, I had to walk down to the grocery side. No open lines to checkout in. The self serve by the pharmacy wasn’t open. ~Jonathon

Simple stuff. Car charger base failed. Popped in to be greeted by Ivan. Super service- quick and efficient. I was out the door in minutes. I liked that he asked how my service plan was working. I don't need anything else right now. But it is a pleasant change to have someone open the conversation to confirm my satisfaction with T Mobile. Good job! ~WD
