I love TCP. The staff is super friendly at this location especially Ryan. They have downsized their location a bit is probably the only downside. However I always find something when I go into this store. Very organized and clean. ~Brittany

I was greeted after walking in but then the lady who may have been the mgr. asked the older gentleman to help me. He was kind and seemed knowledgeable but also appeared preoccupied and continued to walk off and in the back as I was trying to get feedback. Customers should feel valued and have employee's undivided attention while personal phones and other items should take the back seat. ~Pretty

This Planet Fitness is in a good location! It's plenty of parking! The staff are cool and keep the place pretty clean. The vibe in the gym is always cool. People just come in, get their workouts in, and then, leave. It's a plethora of food spots in the area, so, it's a bit rough in that sense Bit, this is a really good Planet Fitness. Overall the employees were friendly despite being impatient at times. The doctor was in a rush which gave me a bit of anxiety during the exam. The main problem is that when the employee sat me down to actually order my glasses she did not go over any elective options or review the order with me. I assumed that she had read the doctor’s recommendations paper that I gave to her that had my elective selections on it (non-glare, poly). I ended up with lenses that were not anti-glare or poly. When I called to resolve the issue the woman on the phone seemed impatient and completely unapologetic. I now have to make more trips to the store and I’ll be without glasses for even longer. Totally inconvenient and a waste of time. ~Monty

This beautiful store has everything. I am a beginner painter, and the sales staff was very very helpful. Fine paint brushes come in a bazillion shapes and sizes and apparently there is no standardized system for choosing them, but Plaza has a decent display arrangement that is helpful to a neophyte like me. In this area, the people there were particularly instructive. The same is true for the myriad of paints and paint types that are available. I was able to find just what was needed for my upcoming classes. In summary, it was a very pleasant and affordable shopping adventure. ~Bolling

I put in a refill for a daily necessary prescription days ago. If I miss 1 day, I will begin to go through withdrawal. My prescription was not ready the day they said it would be, nor was it even ready the following day, leading me to go through withdrawal. This is absolutely unacceptable as it affects not only my health and livelihood, but also my career when I have to leave work because I’m throwing up and having cold sweats and dizzy spells. I am actively losing money because they couldn’t fill my prescription when they said they would; not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. My husband had to leave work to pick it up because they said it would be ready when he got there, and it LITERALLY STILL WAS NOT READY and they told him to come back. When he returned? Still wasn’t ready. Absolutely fed up and livid. ~Coda

After they toast your bread their supposed ask what you want topping that you want on your sub. Never asked me just put what they want on it started wrapping it up in the paper. When I try to say something they didn't want to do it over. Then I asked for a cookie to be added my order at thr cashier register and the lady had an attitude about it and acted like she didn't want to do it. Then the cashier register spits out the change on the other side and I couldn't reach under plexiglass and the cashier acted to she didn't want to give it to me or push it closer. When I said 'thank you' when I was leaving she acted like she couldn't get her mouth open. Tried ordering here again for the second, even worse service than the first. 7 months ago I had a very negative experience at this store. Customer Relations responded to my review but do not be deceived: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. You get an email asking for details of your purchase and appointment. It's all there in their system then they leave it up to you to follow up with the store manager for a resolution at which point the manger will tell you to go back to Customer Relations. So you became a soccer ball until you're discouraged to take it further. ~Rachel

I had a flat tire due to a screw in the tread. I had a little trouble finding them since I was looking for a typical auto shop and not inside of a parking garage. Gary got me in and out quickly and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back. Service was friendly and the price as fair. Definitely a 5 star location!!! ~Janet

Great service and VERY efficient. I ordered during lunch hour on a Saturday (when they were very busy) and they still got my order out in about a minute. I was very impressed! ~Calvin
