The friendliest people! I was there with my wife in order to get her Colombian ID picture taken which has a very tricky parameter to follow and Dave gave us his undivided attention and really worked hard to get it right. Overall it was a great experience. Our server Santiago was very knowledgeable about each and every dish on the menu and his service was top notch. Food was fresh and tasty. I had the jerk shrimp and as a Jamaican, it could just have used a bit more spice. Wish the menu had a wider variety of options, but overall, my family enjoyed our meal…😀 ~Fiona

One of the few places in the area you can go and get honest helpful professional work done, without the unnecessary attitude like at other companies. Very good communicators willing to work with you and clearly discuss pricing with you before a lot of places just doing work that wasn’t talked about without calling first. A most wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful car at Ray Price Volvo. Robert Nelson was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He spent so much time explaining all the features of the car before and after the sale of the car. When we picked up the car it was immaculate and they even put out the red carpet. Anthony the finance professional was great to deal with. He explained warranty details and provided great options at fair prices. Easter weekend 2021 hit a deer in the Poconos. Tim's on Phillips Ave. got me squared away. Got it back and my truck looked great. They did a great job! Although, my "AT" badging was level to the ground, it was not level to the rake of the truck like the factory. Other then that, they did great. ~J.

I brought a shirt on sale for 29.99 was 50. Got the wrong size returned it the same day. Yes. I lose the receipt but I do not understand why I only got a credit of 10.99. What a rip off. I will never shop at JC Penney again. I could understand it if the shirt went on sale for 10.99 but it didn't. Would like an explanation but probably will not get because the cashier could explain. ~Lori

Today at 3.35pm I went to East Strausburg store and I never ever in my life was so disrespected like there. The girl with huge nails and long dark hair was so nasty, but so nasty with me . I was looking for help and she was treating me like S… answering my questions with a sarcastic face and laughing. I never was so disrespected like today in this Sally Beauty store in East Strousburg PA ,and I was ready to spend a good amount of money there. Sorry but I will never ever will be in this store again. I hope someone can tell this person or teach her how to work with whoever is paying for her salary. ~Anna
