Rude. This location was empty. 1 teller and 1 personal banker. We walked in wanting to open a business account. We had the paperwork. The banker was on her phone messing around. When we went up to her she didn't want to be bothered. She said the person that does business accounts is on break and will get back to us in an hour to set up and appointment. 2 weeks later and never a call. ~K

LOVE the store and all the different options they have for dresses. Nice set up and good vibe. But HIGHLY disappointed in their Clothing Exchange program. I called on three different occasions/times and they told me that they do both store credit and cash. Of course I’d rather have cash than store credit so I went up their per their instructions first thing in AM at 10:00 when they open; when they said they could provide cash because they haven’t met their cash cap for the day yet. I arrive this morning and was told they do not do cash and they wanted to offer me only $30 in store credit for five different quality items that were brand new with tags still on them and/or only wore once. I have tons of really nice items that I was hoping to have them take. Then to top it all off- I was told they do not do weekend clothing exchanges and that I had to come in during a weekday early; then I see their sign states “Saturdays for exchange…” ugh! :( So in summary- really nice store and most employees but whoever I spoke to especially yesterday afternoon does not know their own store policies because she guaranteed they would be able to provide cash and told me an exact time to show up. Very very disappointed in the store’s communication and customer service with their customers. ~Jennifer

COVID-19 impacted this mall big time. Other than movie theater, Shoprite, and a handful of stores. The food court only has one pizza place open. It is amazing the mall has not shuttered its doors. Let's hope it recovers. ~William

Amazing service by Delasia. She’s very nice & helpful. Had a lobby full of people and she didn’t get mad or confused. She was completely professional something someone like myself enjoys seeing. I’ve worked QSR for 12 years as management and I’d love to have her on my staff! You’re lucky to have her ! ~stephanie

Excellent staff, Brandy, Angelina, Sam Daryl. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I use the online app when I’m working and the days I have a few mins to spare I drop in. Again, Great staff always with a smile and eager to assist. ~D

Have been shopping at this Weis for many years, and I have finally HAD it! Management is a complete JOKE! The managers at this establishment have 0 clue on how to run a store! Not to mention one of the cart attendants outside is VERY rude. I believe his name tag said "Harry"? Not quite sure. He refused to give me a name, and tried to hide his tag. Another person who needs to be put in check is Darby! She needs to stop acting like she is the owner of the store. I've noticed quite frequently how she likes to act, and her demeanor is unlike no other. You are not a manager, you are a regular employee like the rest of them. Start working as such. The employees always seem to be in the worst of moods, but can you blame them? Look who they have to work with. I cannot believe this place is still open. If I could put 0 stars I would. This place just lost a long time customer! I'll be shopping at GIANT from now on. Can't believe I put up with this for so long at this JOKE of a grocery store. So long, Weis... Forever! ~Jenna

Kitchen Chemistry was our wedding cake and dessert vendor for our wedding this past June. They did an absolutely amazing job! Our cake was stunning. Our guests went out of their way to say how beautiful and tasty the cake/desserts were. They also were very great to work with, responsive, and they made my vision come to life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Best two employes that no longer work there anymore is the only reason this specific advanced auto got several years of my business and hard earned cash. Since then this location has been the absolute worst business for customer service. Never answers the phone at any hour of the day and have no problem picking up then hanging up without a word. Has given me countless of the wrong parts that result in me returning back multiple times to get it right. And most of the current employees have such poor attitude that it's just an all around terrible experience doing business at this location. I will be happily taking my business and money to my in town carquest because weather it's more pricy or not they are always happy to serve the customer. To anybody reading this to save time and agrovation best do the same. will be looking forward to notifying district manager of this locations lack of service and poor manners in hopes it might make someone else's experience better. ~John
