I bought an Apple Watch here about 4-5 years ago as a gift for my wife… I am familiar with T-Mobile as I worked for them in the past years prior to buying this watch. The SALES REP said I would have to get a DIGITS data plan in order for it to work..! Once bought she connected it in the system to her phone and said nothing else had to be done! This was FALSE!! And only for her personal gain as a sale.(I should have known better) but she got me… we’re ready to upgrade my wife to a new watch, only to find out that we PAID $10.50 for DIGITS for 5 YEARS and was never used or properly connected!! I had blamed and argued to my wife about it being user error on her part, I’ve since apologized to her for this. I have personally trained T-Mobile reps myself and suggest to management at this location to do a better job at making sure they understand the importance of customer needs over their individual gain, so this does not happen in the future, especially if this rep is still employed at this location! I have spoken to T-Mobile customer care about this and they have assisted as best to their ability and we will continue to be a loyal customer. ~Frank
