I purchased my new washer and dryer from this store. Matt was awesome!! Wasn't pushy, didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything and was very informative on his appliances.If you need anything I would highly recommend checking out Aaron's. Just warning anyone who goes to this convenient store. I'm just letting you know that there is a big Hispanic man. I'm sorry let me rephrase that. A very rude punk. He doesn't know how to talk to people. He thinks he can talk to women a certain kind of way. Not me!!!! I don't know if he thinks he is a rent-a-cop. I ordered a Baja bowl minus tomato and a 'charged' lemonade. I tried the apple cranberry lemonade. It was good but I felt no 'charge'. The Baja Bowl was awesome! What a great combination of flavors! The place was clean and the staff was friendly. ~Tanya

I’ve never ordered from here before, but i know I’ve ordered chicken fried rice and it’s never looked like this. First of all the meat literally looks like something I’d give my dog the rice was just straight yellow i tried putting soy sauce on it and trying it before i judged but the rice was completely hard and even tried the chicken and it was chewy. So it definitely became dog food after that. Horrible first experience and will not be coming back (edit just showed my family and friends and they said the chicken doesn’t even look cooked so hope i don’t get sick) ~Kaelin

My auto fill for La Occitane products went off the rails with a Credit Card expiration date issue, and going to the website, as usual was unproductive. I decided to visit the store in The Domain in NW Austin in person. After discovering that La Occitane in NW Austin has closed permanently, I searched for an alternative. Despite reading the up then down reviews of service at the San Marcos Outlet, I headed south on I-35. I wasted time, gasoline and then there's always the pure "fun" of mixing it up with I-35 traffic! I found the store, with it's door locked-- a handwritten note taped to it-- "register down" Really!!?? The products are quite fine-- but purchasing them has turned into a tour de force. Or farce. La Occitane in France: you've got some compounding problems which need to be addressed! Mark me as truly frustrated and unhappy long-time customer. ~Cathy
