My family has been coming here since I was little and it’s sooo delicious. We always get the chicken, and for sides we get the chaufa rice, primavera rice, and fried plantains. Sometimes the plantains are hard (almost as is unripe) but most of the time they’re soft and sweet. I also love their sauce!

Here from Chicago and looking for something different and this place didn’t disappoint!!! Only thing I wish they had more pictures of the menu. I ordered the chicken platter and then saw the grill combination on a Tv screen with rotating images and wish I chose that to try Instead lol. Good food and will be back before I leave.

On Thursday I ordered a 1/2 chicken and when a got home I had a 1/4 and one leg, for the years I’ve been a client I never had my order wrong until then so it wasn’t a big deal, yesterday I went and ordered a whole and paid in full but mentioned to the manager what happen. He says SO WHAT DO YOU WANT to what I said I want nothing from you just wanted to let you know he offered a sauce or something I said no thank you. The he went to his office and pulled a video and the asked me to come see. He says here is your order “there were other orders in the video” but to him the one he was showing me was mine and he goes. THERE IS A FULL 1/2 CHICKEN HERE AND THIS IS YOUR OTHER. So I asked are you trying to tell me that I’m lying to you now? Did I ask for my money back or some sore of discount? NO! So why would I Say something if it is not true? I WAS SO OFFENDED BY THIS. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. thankfully there are other rotisserie chicken in the area

Customer service is always trash. Their business hours say that they close at 9 but most of the time by 8:30 they don't have chicken... How a re you a chicken place without chicken?!?!? Employees are always rude and rolling their eyes.
