My experience here was super terrible. I called and scheduled to pick up a rental car but when I got there they said they were out of rental car. I had to go back few days later to pick up a rental car. When I returned the rental they said there was dent on the car and it's about 5 inch long so they will going to charge me for the dent. After few weeks later they sent me invoice of damage and it's over $1000 dollar. Seriously 5 inch dent repair cost more than $1000????? I will never rent a car from enterprise. Make sure take picture of whole car or video before renting a car from them.

Check in and check out was very smooth. Large range of vehicles available and we enjoyed our SUV for the holiday travel. Be aware, the parking lot is a little tight so you’d almost be better off being dropped off or parking and walking when you’re doing pick up/drop off.

My experience here was super terrible and guy I was talking to was bring super rude unnecessarily. Other rentals in the area have much better people and rates as well. Highly not recommend. It can’t be less than a 1 star rating, so it’s a 1

I rented a Toyota Camry 2021 on March 31, 2022, at around 8:55 am and returned it the next day after 5pm – after work hours. That is what I usually do and the next day they check out the car and send me the receipt. This time, I received an e-mail on Tuesday (Apr 5th) stating that the car was damaged or stolen. I called them right away and they said the car had been sent to a body shop. I wish someone called me before sending it to a body shop. I was given black and white picture of it printed on A4 format paper. Apparently, there was a scratch under the front passenger door (the trim below the door) that was not even visible unless one leans down to look at it. I would not dispute this incident if I caused this damage – I just simply do not want to pay for someone else's damage, and moreover for site manager’s lack of training of his trainee/employee who checked the car out that day. On Wednesday (Apr 6th), I visited the site and watched the recording with a site manager. We watched the recordings from that day and I pointed out that neither the trainee nor me had once looked and leaned under passenger side to check for any dents/scratches. Manager claimed that he had leaned on all sides to see for possible damages when he checked a car out with me in the past, however, I said after him watching these recordings, that it was not what happened in this case. I personally checked the car around for damages every time I rented from them in the past two months, but never leaned down to check for damages – lesson learned. I had my seven- and five-years old kids with me in the car all the time I rented and I am not a reckless driver. I am afraid that the person who rented this car before me had caused this damage and I am being liable for it. To make it right, afterwards, manager could have watched the previous rental return inspection recordings, and if the car inspection had not been conducted properly before me, then just apologize and promise that they would do better in the future. Instead, he kept following the script by saying that it was my responsibility to check the car for any damages, and his choice of words/actions did not click well with me; for instance, right at the beginning he said that I had to “relax”- I am sure he could have done better. What frustrates me more is that their corporate is telling me to dispute the case locally and they do not have access to their recordings, but the site is saying that it has to be dealt through corporate office. Anyways, I got tired and opened a claim with my car insurance company Geico. All I am asking Geico now is to request/watch the recordings of that car return inspection before me and see if that return was properly inspected. I am sure it was not. I do not want to be liable for someone else’s recklessness, and moreover for new employee training pitfalls at Enterprise. If any of my staff makes a mistake and I know (feel) it is not a client's fault, I would make all the effort to make it right, but this manager does not have the best interest of its clients. I am never coming back to this place. A little update (May 30, 2022): It has been at least a month since I was notified via email that an area manager (Dexter Sellier) would reach out to me and help resolve my concern. He never called. I emailed him couple of times and he never replied back. I am not happy with Enterprise customer service at all. I will not contact them anymore but instead will try to forget the whole thing.

I rented and took a car on Friday. I drove around for 20-30 minutes and because of the seat my back started to hurt. I had a long drive ahead of me and I realized I would not be able to drive in the same car. I went back to Enterprise and explained my situation. Heather was very helpful and understanding. She helped me screen a few cars and let me check out if the seats were good enough. And when we could not find anything that was good, she helped me cancel my booking. I really appreciate this gesture and would 100% would rent from them again.

Brandon and the team is professional and you always feel like you are their top priority no matter how busy they are. The vehicles we have rented over the years are always clean and ready for pick up. The quality of car is also top notch. If you are looking for value, honesty, reliability and a team that goes out of their way to make the car renting process easy this is your place!

Pleasurable!! Conner and Brandon were great! Knowledgeable, very friendly, hospitable, and very helpful. Enterprise will now be my number one place to use. I travel constantly for business and sometimes pleasure. They will get all My business and from All the huge companies that I work for. I recently had the worst experience of all my years of renting vehicles at "Nextcar", they were rude, lied, overcharged and stole money from me. I will tell everyone I know and travel with to Never use them. Enterprise was a wonderful experience! I was so appreciative to them, that I had to write a nice review. The personable people you employ really make a big difference when it comes to a company making money. Nextcar should take a few lessons and get training from Enterprise. Thank you Enterprise. It's greatly appreciated, and will be recipicated with my business and the company's I deal with... Including the government companies.
